About This Investigation
WhoAssassinatedCharlieKirk.com is a citizen-led, open investigation archive on the assassination of Charlie Kirk on September 10, 2025, at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. It gathers the evidence, court records, flight data, video, photographs, witness accounts and open questions in one place, so that anyone can check the record for themselves.
What this site is
- An evidence archive. Court filings from State of Utah v. Tyler Robinson (Case No. 251403576), public flight-tracking records, event video, photographs, news coverage and the work of independent citizen investigators, organised by topic.
- A place for open questions. Many pages document questions that the official account has not answered. A question is not an accusation, and the site presents it as a question.
- A push for disclosure. The four proposed federal laws describe how the records needed to settle these questions could be forced into the open.
How evidence is sourced
- Every factual claim on a topic page is attributed — to a court filing, an official statement, a news report, a public data source, or the named investigator who raised it.
- Primary records are preferred over commentary. Court documents are published in full under Court & Trial so readers can read the original filing, not a summary.
- Images and videos are kept as they were captured. Each photograph has its own page under Photos with a written description and links to the pages that use it; each video has its own page under Videos.
- Flight data is checked against a control aircraft with no link to the case before any gap is described as a removal. A flight trace shows where an aircraft was; it does not show who was on board or why it flew.
How claims are labelled
- The official account is stated as the official account — what prosecutors, the FBI, and state officials have said.
- Citizen findings and claims are attributed to the people who made them. Where the evidence is disputed, the page says so.
- Open questions are written as questions.
- Results that weaken a claim are published as prominently as results that support it.
People named on this site
Everyone named on this site is presumed innocent unless and until convicted in a court of law. The site does not state as fact that any living person committed a crime unless a court has found so. Where a person has denied a claim, the denial is included. Some media is deliberately never published: images or videos that identify private individuals from crowd footage, and material that makes unproven accusations against living people, including unsourced lists of names.
Corrections
Pages are updated as new records and court filings appear; each page shows the date it was last changed. When a published statement turns out to be wrong, the page is corrected or removed, and a finding that is weakened by new evidence is reported, not quietly dropped.
