The RETCON13 5G Comms Mast at the UVU Construction Site
:::caution Unverified citizen-investigation claim The identification of this mast as a RETCON13 5G communications antenna is an unverified claim made by a citizen investigator on X. No official record reviewed for this page identifies the equipment at the UVU construction site, states who placed it there, or connects it to the shooting. Construction sites routinely carry lighting towers, survey masts, and telecom equipment that look similar at a distance. Tyler Robinson is charged, not convicted. No company, agency, or individual is accused here of any crime. :::

The post
On August 10, 2026, citizen journalist @DiligentDenizen posted a short video captioned, near verbatim:
Meet the RETCON13 5G — The ULTIMATE POLICE or MILITARY special operation asset vehicle COMS antenna.
You can find them in your local law enforcement special ops vehicle yard or at a UVU construction site when Charlie Kirk is being assassinated.
Whatever is more convenient. 🤷🏻♂️🇺🇸
The post had roughly 6,600 views, 186 likes, and 59 reposts at the time it was archived here. The clip runs 11.9 seconds and carries no spoken narration — it is a visual comparison only, so there is no transcript to quote. The argument is carried entirely by the imagery: product photography of a telescoping mast marketed for police and military special-operations vehicles, set against footage of a comparable mast standing at the UVU construction site on the day of the assassination.
What the claim actually asserts
Stripped of the sarcasm, the poster is making one narrow factual assertion: the mast visible at the construction site is the same class of hardware sold as a vehicle-mounted tactical communications antenna, not ordinary construction equipment. Everything beyond that — who placed it, when it arrived, what it was transmitting to, and whether it had any role in the events of September 10 — is not claimed with evidence and is not established here.
That distinction matters because the construction site is already central to the case. It appears in the escape-path reporting, in the dirt-and-cement questions about what was done to the ground afterward, and in the staging allegation documented across this section. A tactical comms mast on that site would be a meaningful data point. A misidentified light tower would be nothing at all.
Why it connects to this section
The same account posted the "command center" walkthrough of the alleged staging property a day earlier, and that video's core theory was coordination — a nearby position "close enough where they can radio, coordinate, see what's going on." A vehicle-grade communications mast at the construction site would, if the identification held, sit squarely inside that theory. It is being filed here for that reason, not because any link has been demonstrated.
What would settle it
- The original imagery. A high-resolution, timestamped photograph of the mast from September 10, 2025 — not a still pulled from a compressed video — showing the head assembly and any manufacturer markings.
- The construction records. UVU and its contractors hold equipment logs and rental invoices for the courtyard work. A GRAMA request for the equipment list on site that week would name the mast's owner outright.
- A manufacturer comparison. Side-by-side measurement against the published RETCON13 spec sheet, rather than a visual impression.
- The mundane alternative. Survey masts, portable light towers, and temporary cellular repeaters are common on active sites and should be ruled out first.
Until at least the first two exist, this stays where it is: a lead, logged and dated.
Laws (Charlie Kirk)
Who owned the equipment standing at a crime scene, what it was connected to, and who authorized its presence are precisely the records that no citizen can compel today. The Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws are written to force exactly this class of record into the open.
Interesting In This Area
- The same account posted the command-center walkthrough one day earlier.
- The staging claim it supports still has no named source.
- A GRAMA request for the site equipment list would name the owner.
- The house itself sits about a quarter-mile from the campus edge.
Interesting In Other Areas
- The construction site also appears in the escape-path reporting.
- Soil there was replaced with pavers days after the killing.
- Drones and surveillance systems form their own evidence layer in this case.
- Contractor accounts describe an unusual Sunday schedule at the same courtyard.
