A citizen-investigation lead holds that the people behind the September 10, 2025 shooting at Utah Valley University may have planned or staged the operation from a single-family house just north of the UVU campus — 691 W 925 S, Orem, UT 84058. This section gathers what is publicly knowable about that specific property: what it physically is, who holds title to it in county records, whether it has appeared as a rental, and exactly where the staging claim comes from and how strong it is.
What this address is. 691 W 925 S is a large single-family home on the College Heights plats just north of UVU — and, contrary to the "several miles away" impression some real-estate aggregators give, it sits only about a quarter-mile from the north edge of campus, walking distance from where Charlie Kirk was shot (see Location & the Property). Public records describe a 7,486-square-foot, six-bedroom house built in 1980 on 1.239 acres (Lot 2, Plat J). The live Utah County serial is 36:443:0006; the older 36:214:0001 "Markidas" page is a dead serial. The full deed chain now runs instrument-by-instrument: Broderick → Markides → Theobald → UVU. The headline fact remains the university's own board minutes: Utah Valley University bought this house in 2019 for $900,000 from Paul and Dorothy Theobald, calling it "contiguous to campus" with "excellent access… from Campus Drive" and a stated use of hosting events or visitor housing. Tax notices now mail to 800 W University Parkway — assessed values and the post-purchase tax silence match institutional ownership. Where the claim comes from. The staging allegation in the master file is still a bare line: attackers allegedly planned from this house. Citizen coverage has since piled on — the @DiligentDenizen "command center" video, a TikTok calling it a vacant property "linked" to the shooter, and X threads noting UVU ownership. Separately, court media from the Robinson preliminary hearing puts a grey Dodge Challenger on Ring video at 680 W 925 S (~00:30 on Sept 11) on the same street — documented on the W 925 S block page. That is real official evidence about the block, not yet proof about 691. The Staging Allegation page keeps the claim unmarked as fact and lists what would confirm or kill it. On August 9, 2026, citizen journalist @DiligentDenizen posted a 7-minute-48-second video calling the property the assassination's "command center." The post reads, near verbatim:

"They" created a barricade using vehicles to block access to a building directly across from Losee Center @ UVU 9/10 morning Charlie Kirk was assassinated.
This is the SAME property the "shooter" used to escape after the hit—per eye witnesses.
This is the SAME place where the grey Challenger parked later that night—per Ring camera.
The building has a clear view of the Losee building & ALL UVU roofs south of the Computer Science building.
Note the geography: the video places the property directly across from the Losee Center, on elevated ground overlooking the UVU campus. Independent grid and geocoding checks for 691 W 925 S support the close placement, not the "several miles away" impression — the address is roughly a quarter-mile from the north edge of campus, so the aggregators' distant framing appears to be the error (see Location & the Property). What still needs on-the-ground confirmation is the exact building in the video and whether its rooftop line of sight to the Losee Center is real: the narrator's "clear view of ALL UVU roofs" is a strong claim that should be checked against a site visit or a sightline analysis before it is treated as fact.
Key Statements from the Video

- The barricade. "They used the box truck and the delivery truck to ensure that nobody could get in… they've got the dumpster pushed all the way back up against the house… the only entrance is through this door, and then they use the delivery truck to block the remainder, up on the curb, over the landscaping and the bushes… they have created a barrier to block entry inside this building."
- The truck over the landscaping. "They pulled the truck up over this bush, touching the box truck to block this driveway and access into the building… They could have just pulled the truck up normal right here, but if they did that, it would leave the sidewalk open."
- The staging claim. "I would say this is where they're staging. If this is an operation, this is their command center. This is where they're staging everything offsite, far enough away so that there's not 3,000 eyes on them, but close enough where they can radio, coordinate, see what's going on, have eyes above, planes. Remember the planes that were dipping down low?"
- The sightline. "This is up on a hill… You can see the entire roof of the Losee Center from that house… You can see all of the roofs of UVU from this house. It's the perfect location. If you were in here and you looked over there, you would see him running across that roof."
- The conclusion (narrator's own). "Nothing about it's normal. This is their command center, 100%."
The video's sightline claim ties directly to the rooftop questions in Proof Not Tyler: a watcher at this elevation could allegedly have kept "eyes on the shooter the entire time he was there." None of this has been confirmed by any official source, and no one — including the property's owner of record — is accused of any crime.

On August 12, 2026, citizen journalist @DiligentDenizen posted dated aerial imagery alongside a claim tying a white Kia Soul to two separate locations. The post reads, near verbatim:
‼️🇺🇸: Morning of 9/10/25 before Charlie Kirk's assassination, a WHITE KIA SOUL ODDLY turned around EXACTLY WHERE THE MVRD3R weapon was found.
On 11/4/25 I went to Lance TWIGGS' HOUSE to try and interview them and there was a WHITE KIA SOUL parked there.

The account credits @baroncoleman for the aerial-imagery observation. The imagery carries a "Wed Sep 10 2025" date stamp — the morning of the shooting — and covers the same residential block and wooded strip north of campus documented on Location & the Property and the W 925 S block page.
How to weigh this. This is an unverified citizen-investigation claim, and every part of it needs independent checking before it means anything:
- A white Kia Soul is an extremely common vehicle. Two sightings of the same make and color at two locations is not evidence they are the same car — that requires a plate, a VIN, or distinguishing marks, none of which are offered.
- The claim that the vehicle "turned around exactly where the weapon was found" depends on a precise weapon-recovery location and a precise reading of a single aerial frame. Neither has been confirmed against any charging document or law-enforcement statement reviewed for this page.
- Lance Twiggs is not charged with any crime in connection with the assassination and is not accused of anything here. Reporting has described Twiggs as an associate of Tyler Robinson, who is charged, not convicted. A vehicle parked at a family residence is not evidence of wrongdoing by anyone living there.
- No official source has connected any Kia Soul to the case.
Video: The November 4, 2025 Visit

The Kia Soul post quotes the account's own November 4, 2025 clip from the doorstep visit. The narration in that clip is brief and states only that no one answered:
"I got no answer at the home of Lance Twigg's family, and his car does not appear to be in the driveway."
The written post accompanying that November clip made a separate claim — near verbatim — that Twiggs' own vehicle, described as an Infiniti X35, was no longer at the family residence despite earlier reports that it had been parked there for weeks, and that Twiggs had reportedly not been seen publicly for roughly six weeks as of late October 2025. Those are the account's characterizations of other outlets' reporting, not verified facts, and the residents were not reached for comment. Nothing in the clip shows a Kia Soul; the vehicle claim rests on the still imagery and the account's later recollection.
A Google Search from Israel — for a Different House on This Block

On August 7, 2026, @NihiloX posted a Google Trends screenshot with the comment: "Israel was interested in the house located in front of the wooded area where the gun was discovered? Weird."
Read the address carefully — it is not this one. The charted search term is 645 W 925 S, a different house number on the same block as the 691 property this section documents. The chart is therefore not a search for the alleged staging house. It is a search for a neighbor's address on the same street facing the same wooded strip, and it belongs in the same block-level file as the Ring video at 680 W 925 S.
The chart is also weaker than it looks. Google Trends plots normalized relative interest, never a count — the peak in any window is rescaled to 100, so for an obscure address string in a small region that "100" may rest on a very small number of searches, possibly one. It identifies no searcher, no organization, and no country's government. And the spike is dated April 2022, about three and a half years before the assassination — a window in which an ordinary property listing, rental posting, or relocation search would produce the same trace.
