- It says the house may have been used to plan or stage the operation. It does not describe it as a firing position. The property sits only about a quarter-mile from the north edge of the UVU campus — walking distance from the shooting site — but authorities placed the reported firing position on the Losee Center roof, not at this house.
- It does not name who allegedly used the house, when, or how.
- It does not connect the owner of record to any wrongdoing, and neither does this site.
