West 925 South Block — Neighbors, Ring Video & Court Record

:::caution Neighbors are witnesses, not suspects Addresses on this block appear in news coverage and court media because cameras or geography put them near the escape / vehicle path. No resident named here is accused of any crime. The Noble household at 680 W 925 S is documented as a cooperating witness source of Ring/Nest video. :::

The alleged staging house at 691 W 925 S does not sit alone. The same short stretch of West 925 South — the residential edge north of UVU that locals and investigators call part of the "horseshoe" — produced some of the most concrete vehicle and camera evidence in the public case file. This page maps the block so the house lead is not read in isolation.

680 W 925 S — Ring/Nest video in court (confirmed public record)

This is the strongest on-block vehicle fact in the open record, and it is not the same claim as the citizen "command center" nighttime Challenger at 691.

From the State of Utah v. Tyler James Robinson preliminary hearing (case no. 251403576), agent testimony and exhibit logs publicly summarized online include:

  • Investigators collected Ring doorbell / neighborhood camera footage from the surrounding area.
  • Video from a residence at 680 West 925 South, Orem — identified with the Noble household (Mrs. Noble Rule 1102 statement admitted) — showed a vehicle consistent with the grey Dodge Challenger associated with the suspect parking across the street at approximately 00:30:08 (about 12:30 a.m.) on the morning of September 11, 2025.
  • The location is described in testimony as the "Horseshoe" area, close to campus.
  • Distinctive wheels helped investigators identify the vehicle in nighttime footage.
  • Some citizen timelines write 12:47 a.m. / 00:47 for the same corridor event; treat minor timestamp variance as a document-reconciliation issue, not as two different cars, until the raw exhibit is public.

Sources: Grabien preliminary hearing archive summary; Rev.com Day 1 transcript excerpt; secondary write-ups of Hull testimony (e.g. charliekirk.co.za summary of David Hull testimony); Tumblr case-log notes citing search-warrant Nest/Ring language for 680 West 925 South.

Why this matters to 691. 680 and 691 are on the same street segment north of campus. Court media puts the Challenger on this block hours after the shooting and after reported campus LE contact — which is exactly the geography the command-center video walks. That does not prove anyone staged from 691; it does prove the block is already inside the official evidence set.

683 W 925 S — the Palantir confusion (debunked by records)

Citizen posts and Instagram reels circulated the claim that the murder weapon or stash point sat on land tied to Palantir via 683 W 925 S. Open property and corporate checks reported publicly (including Grok/X fact-check threads) say:

  • 683 W 925 S is owned by 683 Properties LLC (from about 2021 in aggregator ownership histories).
  • That LLC is not the same entity as 683 Capital Management, a separate firm that has held Palantir stock as an investment — stock ownership ≠ owning an Orem house.
  • No charging document reviewed for this page names Palantir as owner of the rifle-recovery ground.

Sources: public X threads summarizing parcel ownership (e.g. property-records summary posts); Zillow / Homes.com listings for 683 W 925 S. Historically the address also appeared as an office for small local brokerages (AB Realty / Absolute Realty roster entries) — ordinary commercial use of a large home, not a spy HQ.

Keep 683 separate from 691. Conflating them muddies both the Palantir rumor and the UVU-owned staging lead.

691 W 925 S — UVU house on the same street

Covered in depth on Ownership and the deed chain. For block context only:

  • Same street as the court-cited Challenger camera.
  • Citizen posts (Aug 2026) explicitly argue the university owns it and that satellite imagery of the driveway on the day of the death should be checked (@xcryptoace33).
  • A separate citizen theory thread (@RBBL_ROUZR) claimed excavation near the house could relate to underground access — entirely unverified and recorded only as a social-media claim.

Citizen timelines that name West 925 South

X and case-log discussions also assert:

  • The grey Challenger was spotted on West 925 South around 00:30 on 9/11/2025 — matching the court Ring address corridor.
  • Google Trends claims (citizen graphics) that searches from Israel for "W. 925 S Street Orem, UT" spiked on Sept 7, 2025 as an alleged "rifle stash point" address — third-hand trend screenshots, not authenticated Google Trends exports; treat as unverified citizen analysis unless raw Trends data is published.
  • One TikTok (@jessicadabit, Sept 2025) titled the house a "vacant property linked to Charlie Kirk shooter" — citizen framing; no charging document reviewed for this page adopts that label.

Manhunt context for the neighborhood

Mainstream coverage of Sept 10–11 described a shelter-in-place, SWAT presence at neighborhood entrances, helicopters, and door-to-door camera collection on the residential streets the suspect fled into after leaving the roof and wooded edge. That is the same Orem residential band this block sits in. Sources: Marietta Times / AP neighborhood manhunt piece; Fox News on home-camera collection; Fox 13 ATF door-to-door.

Open questions

  1. Was 691 W 925 S itself canvassed, and does any collected camera face its driveway? (GRAMA.)
  2. Can the DiligentDenizen barricade trucks be geolocated to 691 vs a different parcel on the same street?
  3. Are there additional Ring/Nest addresses on 925 South still sealed or not yet described in open court media?
  4. Does any exhibit show the Challenger at 691, or only on the 680 stretch?

Laws (Charlie Kirk)

Court exhibits and sealed canvass logs are exactly the class of material a mandated transparent investigation should publish without forcing citizens to reverse-engineer addresses from hearing scraps. See the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws.
