AmericaFest December 2025

AmericaFest 2025 in Phoenix is the first AmFest held without Charlie Kirk. It is also the conference whose promotional flyer dropped on August 25, 2025 — sixteen days before he was killed. That split is the whole story of the year: Kirk programmed the public face of the event; someone else ran it.

Programming split: flyer vs stage​

  • August 25, 2025 — TPUSA releases the December AmFest flyer. Master-file commentary places Tucker Carlson prominently beside Kirk, with Steve Bannon, Donald Trump Jr., and Jack Posobiec lower on the graphic. Detail: August 25 Flyer.
  • September 10, 2025 — Kirk is killed at UVU.

Why investigators call it a natural experiment​

Whatever one believes about the homicide, December 2025 is a test of stage direction after the founder's death:

  1. Did Israel-critical speech still reach the main stage? Carlson's AIPAC segment, if accurately reported, says yes — at least for one headliner Kirk had fought to keep.
  2. Did the pro-Israel lane still dominate discipline language? Shapiro's "cowardice" attack on other right-wing commentators says the intra-coalition police function remained live on the same stage.
  3. Did war-and-martyr framing take over the emotional center? Bannon's "we are at war" and the Prove Me Wrong tent replica say the event became a grief-and-mobilization machine as much as a policy conference.
  4. Who decided? Events executive control and production vendors are tracked on Who Actually Runs AmFest. Leadership succession is a separate TPUSA thread.

Answering those four still does not identify a shooter. It tests the "capture of the stage" half of the conference-control motive story.

What X treated as the story of the week​

Post-event X discourse (2025–2026) clusters into predictable camps — logged here as discourse, not findings:

  • Continuity camp: Carlson still spoke; therefore "Israel didn't capture AmFest."
  • Capture camp: Owens not confirmed; Shapiro centered; tent-as-merch; claims Erika "replaced" America-First headliners — therefore the org reversed Kirk. See recycled posts from accounts such as @RealTheForce.
  • Optics camp: Focus on the tent replica selfies, merch timing, and donor-floor sponsorships as tasteless or strategic.
  • Groyper / Fuentes track: Attacks Carlson for insufficient ethnonationalism after AmFest exchanges with Shapiro-lane arguments (@groyper_quant and related clips).
  • Motive leap camp: Treats AmFest lineup politics as proof of foreign homicide. This site rejects stating that leap as fact.

The Vance endorsement and the domain market​

In her opening speech on December 18, 2025, Erika Kirk endorsed JD Vance for president in 2028 (Washington Times). On December 22, the day after the conference ended, vancekirk2028.net, erikakirk2028.net, and kirkvance2028.org were registered within two seconds of each other. Documented absences and unknowns​

  • Candace Owens — Sept 9 invite text claim; no authenticated post-death formal AmFest invitation in this file.
  • Full main-stage transcript archive for Israel/AIPAC/Iran segments is incomplete in public hands.
  • Contract trail for who could veto a speaker after September 10 is not public.
  • Sponsor contracts on memorial installations (users have named student-loan advertiser Yrefy near the tent area in commentary) are not released.

Counter-reading​

A movement that just lost its founder will stage a memorial conference. War language, courage language, and a replica of the death tent can be grief theater without foreign direction. Shapiro and Carlson arguing on the same weekend is also brand competition between media empires that use TPUSA's audience as a prize. Measure speeches; do not invent a conspiracy from the existence of a conference.
