The August 25, 2025 AmFest Flyer
On August 25, 2025 — sixteen days before he was killed — TPUSA released the promotional flyer for AmericaFest December 2025. It is the last programming document Charlie Kirk is known to have shaped, and citizen investigators read it as a message rather than a poster.
The claim from the master file
The investigation file records a commentator's reading of the graphic in close detail:
"I could tell it was Charlie Kirk who chose the flyer placements of those invited to his events, those closest to him at the time. For AMFest December 2025, the flyer dropped August 25, 2025, he placed Tucker Carlson in a prominent position, by his side, even turned Tucker towards him, very happy too, then Bannon, Don Jr. and Poso at the very bottom, the very last face, to the right side, not happy either."

The same commentary frames the layout as an intentional signal: "It was a message to all, as they attempted to control his guests, whom he was allowed to be friends with too."
What this is and is not
This is amateur graphic analysis of promotional art. It should be labelled as such plainly:
- No one has produced a design brief, an art-department email, or any record that Kirk personally chose the placements.
- Promotional graphics are typically laid out by a marketing team using name-recognition tiers and headshot availability, not by a founder assigning emotional coordinates.
- "Not happy either, almost like a mugshot" is a reading of a stock headshot's expression. Headshots are supplied by the speakers' own teams.
- All four named figures are living people. Nothing here alleges any of them did anything wrong, and appearing anywhere on a conference flyer is not evidence of anything.
Why it is kept in the file anyway
Two things about the flyer are real regardless of how the design is read, and they are the reason it earns a page.
First, the date. August 25, 2025 places a published, timestamped, publicly archived document in the sixteen-day window before the assassination — and that document shows Carlson on the December lineup. That matters because the central donor-pressure allegation is that Kirk was pressed at the August 4–6 Hamptons weekend to rescind Carlson's AmFest invitation (detail). If the alleged demand was made in early August and the flyer three weeks later still features Carlson prominently, then the flyer is documentary evidence that Kirk did not comply — which is precisely what his reported private texts about losing a major donor over refusing to cancel Carlson also say.
That is the single strongest inference available on this page, and it does not require believing anything about headshot rotation.
Second, the coincidence of dates. August 25, 2025 is also the delivery deadline on the AES miniaturized anti-personnel charge contract discussed on The DoD Contract — a pairing several compilations make. Two unrelated things sharing a calendar date is what calendars do; the pairing is logged because it circulates, not because it argues anything.
What would settle the design question
The flyer's layout history is one of the few items here that a single document would resolve: the design file's revision history, or any internal approval thread on the graphic. Neither has been released. Absent that, the placement reading stays commentary and the date stays fact.
