"Go Max": Kirk's Instruction to Tucker
The single most-cited pre-death stage instruction in the AmFest / TPUSA speaker fight is short: Charlie Kirk told Tucker Carlson to "go max" (also reported as "go all the way") before Carlson spoke at the July 2025 TPUSA Student Action Summit in Florida. Citizen investigators treat that phrase as permission to hit Israel-related critique and Epstein material without self-censoring for donors. It is political speech between living people. It is not proof of who killed Kirk.
What is claimed as primary evidence
In November 2025, Megyn Kelly released discussion and video material in which she states she captured Kirk backstage telling Carlson something whose key words are "Go max…" — framed as what mattered to Kirk about Israel before the Turning Point event.

Master-file chronology also records July 14, 2025: Carlson speaks and, in circulated accounts, tells the audience to "go all the way." Separate accounts attribute a private "go max" instruction from Kirk. Both phrasings appear in the investigation file; the Kelly capture is the item X treats as accidental primary audio.

Why AmFest still owns the page: GO MAX is the permission structure for the same speaker (Carlson) who later appears on the August 25 AmFest flyer and whose invitation donors allegedly tried to rescind.

Citizen narratives chain:
- Kirk greenlights maximum Israel/Epstein critique on his stage (GO MAX).
- Donors and pro-Israel influencers treat that as betrayal → Hamptons pressure, lost gifts, texts about leaving the pro-Israel cause.
- AmFest December programming keeps Carlson prominent on the flyer (non-compliance).
- Motive theories leap to homicide.
Steps 1–3 can be researched with video and documents. Step 4 remains unproven attribution. Master-file commentary also pairs July 11 (GO MAX day in some tellings) with a CIA executive-director personnel change (Dustin Gard-Weiss) — a calendar coincidence claim, not a demonstrated operational link.
What is not established
- A court-authenticated forensic audio file with chain of custody (public viral video ≠ trial exhibit).
- That "go max" explicitly named "Jewish donors" on the tape (that is interpreter language on X).
- That any donor ordered a murder because of the phrase.
- That Carlson’s later public remarks were dictated by Kirk rather than Carlson’s own prior positions.
Status
Charlie Kirk is deceased (2025). Tucker Carlson and Megyn Kelly are alive. Nothing on this page alleges either living person committed a crime. Encouraging a guest to speak freely is ordinary conference host behavior until proven otherwise.
Counter-reading
Hosts hype speakers before they walk on. "Go max" can mean entertain the room, not declare war on a lobby. Carlson had been making Epstein and foreign-influence arguments for years. A pep talk plus a later homicide does not create a proof chain without intermediate evidence of a kill decision.
