Open Questions and Checklist
This page is the work order for the AmFest section. Every item below is something a document, transcript, or sworn statement could settle. None of them requires assuming a foreign plot up front. Tyler Robinson is charged, not convicted. No item here is an accusation that a living person committed murder.
A. Lineups and contracts
- Authenticated speaker shortlists and contracts for AmericaFest 2023–2026 and SAS 2025.
- Any written veto, hold, or rescind request naming Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, Dave Smith, or Marjorie Taylor Greene.
- Design revision history for the August 25, 2025 flyer.
- Post-September 10 delegation of booking authority (board minutes, CEO directives, events SOP).
B. Donor weekend and texts
- Primary date, venue, and guest list for the August 2025 Hamptons / Bridgehampton gathering (timeline).
- Full export of the private messages Owens publicized (device extraction, not screenshots), including the "lost donor over Tucker" and "leave the pro-Israel cause" threads (leaked texts).
- Ackman / Dillon / other attendees' contemporaneous texts they have been urged to release.
- Any readout or log of a Netanyahu–Kirk call in the August window beyond public "invited to Israel" remarks.
C. Stage content archive
- Complete main-stage transcripts for Israel / AIPAC / Iran / Epstein segments at AmFest 2024, SAS 2025, AmFest 2025.
- Official TPUSA clip-boost logs (which segments were promoted within 72 hours).
- Verbatim files for Carlson's AIPAC remarks, Shapiro's "cowardice" remarks, and Bannon's December 19 war language.
D. Memorial and production
- Approvals and budget for the Prove Me Wrong tent replica.
- Mosaic Pro Events (and subcontractor) contracts for AmFest, SAS, memorial (Who Runs AmFest).
- Synthetic Kirk voice vendor contracts and disclosure policy (AI Voice).
- Analytics vendors and retention policy for memorial phone tracking claims (Kolvet / 270k+ devices narrative).
- Primary documents for any Show Faith by Works / Israeli-government contract alleged in X threads.
E. Motive discourse hygiene
- Separate booking politics from homicide authorship in every public brief — this checklist exists so the former can be proven without faking the latter.
- Official case status updates on Tyler Robinson without treating social-media motive essays as evidence.
Investigator field checklist (copy/paste)
- Archive all official lineups and promo PDFs 2023–2026
- Collect main-stage Israel/AIPAC/Iran transcripts
- Interview (on record) booking staff about vetoes and donor requests
- Compare VIP donor lists year-over-year where public
- Track which stage clips official accounts boosted within 72 hours
- FOIA/GRAMA-style requests for UVU production interfaces if any public agency touchpoints exist
- Preserve X posts with IDs before deletion (speaker fights + motive leaps)
Laws that would force answers
Calendars, contracts, travel records, unredacted donor communications, and vendor scopes are the class of materials the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws are designed to pull into daylight. Until those exist, this section will remain a map of strong claims and partial documents, not a closed case on conference control.
