AmFest (AmericaFest)
AmericaFest — almost always shortened to AmFest — is the flagship annual conference Charlie Kirk built for Turning Point USA, and it is the single stage that recurs most often in this investigation. This section collects everything the case file records about it: who was booked, who fought over the bookings, what happened at AmFest in the weeks before September 10, 2025, and what happened at the first AmFest held without him.
AmFest matters to this case for a reason that has nothing to do with ballistics. It is the place where the movement Kirk built decides, once a year and in public, which arguments are allowed inside the tent. A conference program is not a private document — it is announced, printed on a flyer, and streamed to millions of clips. That makes AmFest the most falsifiable part of the entire motive discussion: you cannot subpoena a donor's private threat, but you can read a published lineup, and you can compare one year's lineup to the next. Every claim in this section that touches a living person is presented as an attributed allegation. Tyler Robinson is charged, not convicted, and nothing on these pages establishes that any speaker, donor, or organization killed Charlie Kirk.
The substance falls into three clusters. First, the pre-death booking record: Kirk platformed Tucker Carlson at TPUSA's summer 2025 Florida event — including the backstage "go max" instruction captured in Megyn Kelly-related releases — hosted a Dave Smith versus Josh Hammer debate on Israel, dropped the December AmFest promotional flyer on August 25, 2025 with Carlson positioned beside him, and — on September 9, 2025, the day before he was killed — reportedly texted that he would invite Candace Owens to speak. Second, the pressure record: reporting attributed to The Grayzone and amplified by Owens alleges that at an early-August donor weekend Kirk was pressed to rescind Carlson's AmFest invitation, and Kirk's own private texts reportedly say he lost a major donor for refusing. Third, the post-death record: December 2025's AmericaFest in Phoenix, where Carlson told the audience that criticizing AIPAC is not antisemitism, Ben Shapiro called other commentators' silence "cowardice," Steve Bannon declared "we are at war," and TPUSA erected a replica of the debate tent Kirk died under.
