Who Actually Runs AmFest

Speaker fights dominate AmFest commentary. Operational control is quieter and often more decisive: who can sign a rider, kill a camera angle, approve a tent build, or schedule night crew. After September 10, 2025, those functions continued under succession leadership. This page maps the publicly discussed operations layer without inventing a conspiracy from a call sheet.

Events executive layer (TPUSA)​

Master-file commentary identifies a senior TPUSA executive often referred to as Terrell as the top events executive who runs the massive events — AmFest, SAS, the big national tours — and who does not typically fly out for random campus stops. Exact legal name, title, and reporting line should be confirmed from primary TPUSA filings and staff directories; citizen posts sometimes compress titles.

Why it matters:

  • Booking politics may be decided by founders and donors; load-in, security interfaces, and AV are decided by events staff.
  • Post-death narratives that blame "the org" without naming which function (CEO, events, communications, legal) are unfalsifiable.

Mosaic Pro Events (MOSAIC)​

Mosaic Pro Events — often stylized MOSAIC — has been TPUSA's primary live-production partner for years, handling lighting, sound, video, LED walls, and staging for:

  • AmericaFest
  • Student Action Summit
  • Campus tours
  • The September 2025 stadium memorial at State Farm Stadium (massive multi-truck production)

Master-file notes on "Mosaic night staff schedule" describe overnight/late shifts for load-in, load-out, and continuous show maintenance on multi-day events. That is ordinary large-event practice. It becomes investigable when:

  • Chain-of-custody questions arise about cameras, SD cards, or stage audio on September 10.
  • The same vendor bridges UVU-scale campus production, memorial production, and AmFest production — shared crews and kit create continuity of access, which is interesting for document requests, not proof of guilt.

No claim is made here that Mosaic or any named crew member committed a crime. Vendors execute scopes of work.

Why operations are part of the AmFest section​

  1. Lineup is policy; production is enforcement. A speaker can be booked and still be poorly mic'd, poorly lit, or clipped out of official highlight reels.
