The strongest pre-event institutional signal is UVU's own GRAMA record: on September 9 two men asked police about "a plan," a separate party wanted a message delivered to Charlie (undocumented delivery), and the joint Orem–UVU Public Order Unit never activated despite a Sept 3 ticket link — detailed on Free Speech Campus and UVU pre-shooting warnings.
Donor and meeting pressure dominates the political lane: a July 31 White House session reportedly organized around "woke-right defamation" of Israel without TPUSA present; an August Hamptons "intervention" with Bill Ackman, Josh Hammer, and allies; then September texts about leaving the pro-Israel cause and "THEY ARE GOING TO KILL ME" (KM-07) on Sept 9.
