Charlie's private detail that day was reportedly provided by Rockhouse Integrity Group LLC (DBA Integrity Security Solutions), founded by former police officer Brian Harpole.

The setup was described as lighter than prior Kirk events — a hybrid of private detail plus six UVU campus police (~3,000 attendees, no drone engagement, no activated Orem joint unit).
Dan Flood — allegations and open questions
Commentary raises several unproven concerns about Flood:
- Prior service on Benjamin Netanyahu's security team (allegation in social posts)
- Charlie allegedly texted Flood the night of Sept 9 that "they" would kill him tomorrow after a donor call (quotes)
- Flood was standing beside Charlie when he was hit; some videos show him stepping right a split second before impact — interpreted variously as reflex or suspicion
- Cattle Barons Ball allegation — Flood allegedly provided security for Dallas billionaires around the same period while TPUSA had no written plan for Charlie's Sept 11 next stop (Therese Bible College)
We do not claim Dan Flood knew of the assassination in advance or failed to protect Charlie criminally. We document why researchers scrutinize his role.
UVU institutional layer

TPUSA media drone vs security denial
A major contradiction surfaced in January 2025 Candace Owens commentary and TPUSA legal correspondence:
- TPUSA admitted a media production drone flew briefly for B-roll before the event
- Security's counter-drone request was denied by the university
- Frank Turek reported seeing drone footage with Charlie en route
- Brian Harpole stated no drones — university denied
- Andrew Kolvet claimed wide-angle from a bridge, not a drone
