Sam Parker (@BasedSamParker) published an August 6, 2026 post arguing that Charlie Kirk's own communications are the strongest untapped evidence in the case — that "Charlie Kirk is his own star witness." The claims below are Parker's assertions, reproduced nearly verbatim and attributed to him; this website does not assert them as proven fact.
The Post, Near-Verbatim

Charlie Kirk is his own star witness
FACT: Last August, Charlie Kirk was on private record actively telling people that the blue&white country would off him if he ever turned on it.
FACT: About a week later, also last August, Charlie Kirk was on public record declaring that agents of the pro-blue&white country were bullying him & trying to morally blackmail him.
FACT: Roughly a couple weeks after that, the day before he was offed, Charlie Kirk explicitly declared--to direct-connect agents of the blue&white country--that he was leaving the pro-blue&white cause.
FACT: That same day, these blue&white agents then held a Zoom call with Charlie.
FACT: That evening, Charlie messaged multiple people "They're going to k*ll me."
FACT: Charlie Kirk had trouble sleeping that night. (I wonder why?)
FACT: For weeks, those same blue&white agents obscured & omitted (some would say "LIED") about Charlie saying he was leaving the pro-blue&white cause, and reinforced the idea that he was NOT leaving the pro-blue&white cause.
FACT: Before then, and ever since, the same people from the blue&white country have also relentlessly attacked Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens--two people whom Charlie was already deliberately giving his platform to (Tucker) or saying he was going to re-platform (Candace).
Charlie's communications would shed light and context on every one of these facts. Journal entries. Text messages. DMs. Telegrams. Voice notes & messages. Emails. Memos, etc. Why isn't anyone producing a single receipt or message with respect to these facts? The universal, monolithic lack of curiosity from those with access isn't natural.
How This Maps to Documented Claims on This Site
Parker's "blue&white" framing refers, in his wording, to a foreign country. The individual claims he lists correspond to material already catalogued here:

Parker's closing point is a discovery argument: journals, texts, DMs, voice notes, and emails in Charlie's accounts and devices would corroborate or refute each claim, yet none have been produced publicly. That is the same disclosure gap the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws aim to close.
