Dan Flood is repeatedly named as Charlie Kirk's head of security and as a recipient of night-before fear texts. Candace Owens and secondary X accounts claim Charlie told Flood he thought he would be "executed tomorrow" (KM-10) or that "they" were going to kill him (KM-07) after a donor call. Flood has not been charged with any crime related to the assassination; this page documents claims about messages, not guilt.

Claimed sequence (commentary)
- Charlie is on a tense call with a donor / pressure meeting context on September 9.
- He texts security ("Dan" / Flood) that they will kill him tomorrow — KM-10; rival wording "The Left will kill me" — KM-11.
- Same packaging often says a donor and a TPUSA person also received execute/kill-tomorrow messaging — donor lane KM-13.
- Flood is later described as standing near Charlie when the shot is fired; some video analysts claim he stepped aside — a separate, contested visual claim filed under security analysis, not text authentication.
Verification status
- No public screenshot of a Flood-bound kill-me text is established in the materials reviewed for this page.
- Flood has not, in sources cited here, released a native export confirming the wording.
- Commentary also notes Flood's prior association with Benjamin Netanyahu's security team (as reported by commentators). That résumé fact is used online to imply conflict of interest; it is not proof of involvement in the killing.
