What the screenshot shows
A post from the verified @josh_hammer account consisting of a single word — "based" — quoting a Donald Trump post dated April 19, 2013 that reads: "Should be public execution for all to see-you will end this bullshit fast!"

Why the timestamp matters
The circulated final-day timeline places a Zoom call at 6:00 PM with Charlie Kirk, Josh Hammer, Frank Turek, a rabbi, and two Israeli officials. According to @idontgiveadom, this post went out five minutes into that meeting.
That is worth isolating, because it is a different kind of evidence from everything around it. The rest of the day is reconstructed testimony. This is a public post with a machine-generated timestamp that anyone can still check. And it reads September 9 — which is the correction the final-day timeline page makes. The graphic circulating with those hours on it is labeled September 10; a public post inside the same hour block is dated September 9.
So the value here is narrow and real: an independent, checkable clock reading that anchors that evening to September 9, 2025. It does not depend on anyone's memory, and it does not depend on this site being right about anything else.
What this page does not claim
This is where the page has to be careful, because the screenshot invites a reading it does not support.
- The 2013 Trump post is almost certainly about the Boston Marathon bombing. April 19, 2013 is the day of the Boston manhunt and the capture of the surviving bomber. Read in its own context, that post is a twelve-year-old reaction to a terror attack, not a statement about anyone in this investigation.
- "Based" is ordinary internet approval slang, used constantly and casually across political X. Nothing in the screenshot shows what the poster understood himself to be agreeing with, or that he had the events of the following day in mind.
- A timestamp establishes when, never why. That a post went out at 6:05 PM on September 9 says nothing about the content of any meeting, about who was on it, or about what anyone intended.
- No claim is made here that Josh Hammer knew of, participated in, or foresaw any harm to Charlie Kirk. He is a living person, he has not been charged with anything, and to our knowledge he has not been asked about the timing of this post. If he addresses it, that response belongs on this page.

- Establish whether the timestamp displays in the viewer's local timezone or the poster's, which decides whether "6:05 PM" is Mountain, Eastern, or the reader's own.
Point 3 matters more than it looks: X renders timestamps in the viewer's timezone, so the screenshot's 6:05 PM is 6:05 PM to whoever took the screenshot. Until the capturing timezone is known, the five-minutes-into-the-call alignment is suggestive rather than established. The date is the durable part; the hour is not yet nailed down.
