Best understanding of when he said this

Best understanding: index KB156 / AUG 13 short slogan window, with a few days of mid-AUG uncertainty. Trimmed to AUG 11–17.

Date range (working model): Domain: AUG 11–17 2025 · Index KB156 AUG 13; short mid-AUG window

The chart below is not a government finding. Bar height is relative likelihood from public claims (X posts, interviews, investigation indexes, master-file notes). Domain is trimmed to where likelihood is non-trivial — no multi-week empty stretch.

KM-03 · Break-away slogan — likelihood timeline

What is claimed

The shortest and most slogan-like of the Israel-split quotes, dated August 13, 2025 in investigation indexes (row KB156). Its compact form is exactly why it spread: it fits a graphic, a thumbnail, and a caption. That same compression is why its provenance is thin.

How it entered the record

  1. The line enters circulation in mid-August 2025 alongside the same-day Harrison Smith post (KM-02), which is a separate artifact.
  2. It is picked up by high-engagement reels and meme accounts, often with no source attribution at all.
  3. After September 10 it is retro-fitted into 48-hour and day-before timelines it does not belong to.

Verification status

  • No screenshot, recording, or named first-hand witness has been published for this exact wording.
  • Whether it was spoken aloud or written has never been settled — see Verbal vs Text vs Discord.
  • Its August 13 date comes from investigation indexing, not from a timestamp on any document.

Do not confuse it with

Do not merge with KM-04 ("if I go against Israel"). They are different sentences with different index rows and different dates, and several viral carriers date KM-04 to August 13 as well, which compounds the confusion.

X / Twitter posts on when this was likely said

Exact public claims and implications about timing (not a complete archive — these are the dated anchors used for the likelihood chart above):

  • @hodgetwins: "Charlie Kirk told people he thought Israel would kill him if he turned against them / 48 hours before he was shot he texted a group that he was done supporting Israel"
  • @FactsVsZee: "Carries the break-away / go-against Israel kill-me packaging (month before death framing)."
  • @BalochRamzan2: "Amplifies “They will kill me if I break away from being pro-Israel” / related Israel-kill lines."
  • Site index KB156: "Investigation index dates “They will kill me if I break away from being pro-Israel” to AUG 13, 2025."

More raw date research is kept in the investigation master file and the on-page X quotes above.
