The chart below is not a government finding. Bar height is relative likelihood from public claims (X posts, interviews, investigation indexes, master-file notes). Domain is trimmed to where likelihood is non-trivial — no multi-week empty stretch.
What is claimed
The only entry in the September 9 cluster with a named recipient. Where KM-07 says Kirk texted "others," this one specifies Andrew Kolvet, reportedly right after an emergency Zoom involving Kirk, a rabbi, and Josh Hammer. That specificity makes it the most testable item in the cluster — and it has not been tested.
How it entered the record
- Reported in timeline reconstructions as the message sent immediately after the Sept 9 emergency Zoom.
- Carried by large X accounts as "Kirk then texted Kolvet: they are going to kill me."
- Kolvet is separately on record authenticating the donor WhatsApp — a different, confirmed document, which is why his name gives this line borrowed credibility.
Verification status
- The named recipient has not published a native export of this message in the sources reviewed here.
- Wording varies between retellings ("They will kill me" / "they are going to kill me"), which is a sign of paraphrase, not of forgery.
- Kolvet is not accused of any wrongdoing by this site; he is listed only as a reported recipient.
Do not confuse it with
Kolvet's confirmation of the donor WhatsApp is not a confirmation of this message. Compilations routinely borrow the credibility of the first to prop up the second.
