Best understanding of when he said this

Best understanding: night of SEPT 9 text to Dan Flood (executed/kill tomorrow). Peak late SEPT 9 slots.

Date range (working model): Domain: SEPT 8–10 2025 · 6 bars/day · Peak night SEPT 9 after donor call

The chart below is not a government finding. Bar height is relative likelihood from public claims (X posts, interviews, investigation indexes, master-file notes). Domain is trimmed to where likelihood is non-trivial — no multi-week empty stretch.

KM-10 · Flood executed tomorrow — likelihood timeline

What is claimed

The most operationally specific entry: not a general fear but a claim that Kirk told his head of security, the night before, that he expected to be killed tomorrow — reportedly after a donor phone call. If authenticated, this is the item with real legal consequence, because it would put a dated warning in the hands of the person responsible for protecting him.

How it entered the record

  1. Reported by Candace Owens, who is described as having displayed texts on air.
  2. Repeated across security-analysis pages and in the Security Team section.
  3. Named as a discovery target in the proposed Fix Laws, including whether the phrase was used in connection with a specific call.

Verification status

  • No public screenshot of a Flood-bound message is established in the materials reviewed for this page.
  • Flood has not released a native export confirming the wording in the sources cited here.
  • Dan Flood has not been charged with any crime. Proximity on the day and prior employment history are context for open questions, not findings.

Do not confuse it with

Do not read the wording variance ("executed tomorrow" vs "they will kill me tomorrow") as two separate messages. They are competing renderings of the same claimed text. The rival "The Left will kill me" wording is tracked as KM-11, and the claim that an unnamed donor was warned the same night is tracked as KM-13.

X / Twitter posts on when this was likely said

Exact public claims and implications about timing (not a complete archive — these are the dated anchors used for the likelihood chart above):

  • @itsmorganariel: "Candace Owens says with certainty that Charlie Kirk messaged a donor, somebody at TPUSA, and … Dan Flood, telling them that he was going to be executed “tomorrow.” Charlie was killed that following day at UVU!"
  • @JohnMcCloy: "Charlie Kirk texted Dan Flood … the night before he died that “THEY ARE GOING TO KILL ME TOMORROW”"
  • @GoUncensored: "Candace Owens says Charlie told donors, TPUSA members and Head Of Security Dan Flood he thought he was going to be "executed tomorrow" the night before he was."
  • @aldamu_jo: "Charlie Kirk texted a donor, a fellow TPUSA employee, and Dan Flood that he was going to be killed "tommorow," the day before he was murdered."
  • Master file: "Charlie Kirk also messaged his security detail the night before he died, named "DAN," after he got off the phone with one of his donors and texted Dan telling him that "THEY" were going to kill him TOMORROW."

More raw date research is kept in the investigation master file and the on-page X quotes above.

Defamation note

No living person named on this page is accused by this site of a crime or of wrongdoing. Recipients, relayers, and commentators are listed because they appear in the sourcing chain. Tyler Robinson is charged, not convicted.
