Charlie's Text Messages
Citizen investigators and mainstream commentators treat Charlie Kirk's pre-death texts as a central evidence lane: donor-pressure chats, fear-of-death warnings, and private friendship messages. This section separates those threads by what was claimed, who confirmed it, and what remains unverified. Nothing here is a court finding that any living person planned or carried out his death.
Numbered kill-me claims (hyperlinked Level 4)
Every distinct alleged statement in which Charlie said he would be killed has a permanent Claim KM-## ID. Full index and sourcing: They Are Going to Kill Me Texts. IDs never change and never get reused.
- Claim KM-01 — "I might get wiped out at any time"
- Claim KM-02 — Harrison Smith: Israel will kill him if he turns
- Claim KM-03 — "They will kill me if I break away from being pro-Israel"
- Claim KM-04 — "Hey, if I go against Israel, I think they will kill me"
- Claim KM-05 — Turek: "I know they want me dead… please pray for me"
- Claim KM-06 — "I'm worried that Israel is going to kill me"
- Claim KM-07 — "THEY ARE GOING TO KILL ME" (Sept 9)
- Claim KM-08 — "They will kill me" → Andrew Kolvet
- Claim KM-09 — "I think they're going to kill me" → three people
- Claim KM-10 — "…executed tomorrow" → Dan Flood
- Claim KM-11 — "The Left will kill me" (Flood wording variant)
- Claim KM-12 — "I did" / "I know they want me dead" security exchange
- Claim KM-13 — Unnamed donor also told execute/kill tomorrow
Why Investigators Keep Returning Here
X threads after September 10, 2025 repeatedly argue that private written messages — not just public speeches — show Kirk under political and personal pressure in his final 72 hours. The strongest public anchor is a WhatsApp donor chat (about September 8) that TPUSA spokesman Andrew Kolvet has publicly confirmed as authentic, including lines about losing a large donor over Tucker Carlson and feeling forced to leave the "pro-Israel cause." That confirmation is what later made broader "kill me" claims hard for audiences to dismiss out of hand.
The kill-me cluster is different. Candace Owens, Frank Turek, Kolvet (as paraphrased in commentary), and others describe September 9 wording such as "they are going to kill me" (KM-07) or "I know they want me dead" (KM-05) — often said to travel over Signal or Telegram, not iMessage. No complete court-authenticated dump of those warning texts is public. Erika Kirk has stated on Glenn Beck's show that she holds Charlie's phone and that those day-before messages did not happen. Investigators treat that contradiction as a preservation and credibility issue, not as proof of any crime by the widow.
How To Read These Pages
Each Level 4 page tracks one message set or verification problem: recipients, claimed wording, channel (SMS / WhatsApp / Signal / Telegram), who amplified it on X, and open authentication steps (device forensics, sworn testimony, Fix Laws disclosure). Related media-facing write-ups live at Leaked Kirk Texts and the timeline page They Are Going to Kill Me Text.
A parallel site-wide catalog lives at Messages & Threats (one page per message with verification status). For dated incident pages that split August 13, August 16, and the ~48-hour donor chat into Level 4/5 write-ups, see Fear & Kill Warnings. For the broader quote inventory (not only texts), see Reported Quotes and Warnings. For friendship and AmFest invitation context, see Candace Owens Friendship.
