The single most-cited unauthenticated text claim in the case: that on September 9, 2025 — during or after a combative meeting — Charlie Kirk messaged associates wording such as "THEY ARE GOING TO KILL ME" or "I think they're going to kill me." Every distinct statement in which Charlie Kirk is alleged to have said he would be killed carries a permanent two-digit ID (KM-01 through KM-13). The ID never changes and is never reused. How to read the index. KM-01 is a standing premonition with no threat actor. KM-02 through KM-06 are the Israel-split cluster spread across August and early September. KM-07 through KM-13 are the September 9 cluster — the day before the assassination. KM-10 and KM-11 are two renderings of one claimed Flood-bound message and must not be counted twice. KM-13 isolates the donor recipient lane so it is not erased into the authenticated leave-pro-Israel WhatsApp.

Denial

X investigator posture
- Owens ecosystem and amplifiers treat multi-witness consistency (Kolvet, Turek, Flood narrative, Candace display of some texts) as mutually reinforcing.
- Skeptics note: confirmed material is the donor WhatsApp; kill-me lines remain description-without-screenshot.
- Israel-motive accounts on X often splice kill-me language with the donor chat as if they were one document — they are not.
