While TPUSA Production Drone threads focus on official media B-roll, other posts highlight Butch Hibbs — described as a Utah drone expert (brother of Pastor Jack Hibbs) — as a white-bearded man trailing Charlie in crowd footage, near an eyewitness image of someone holding drone equipment. Heber City — AES flight thread (post-event analysis)

Candace Owens (Jan 2026) connected Heber City, Utah — listed as Hibbs's home area — to a reported August 25, 2025 private flight Heber City → Nashville, Tennessee, near Accurate Energetic Systems (AES). That date aligns with a DoD contract delivery for miniaturized XS demolition charges to AES (see Mic shaped-charge threads).

Speculative chain ( unverified ): flight carried munitions prototypes → Sept 10 event uses mic/tent charge rather than drone kill. Included here because drone and explosive theories share Hibbs as a node — not because they are mutually exclusive.

Frank Turek corroboration (non-Hibbs)

Dr. Frank Turek has said that drone footage existed before the event — separate from identifying who flew it. Crossexamined.org podcast materials (Sept 2025) discuss Kirk's final day in that context.
