Drones — Investigation Index
Drone threads in the Charlie Kirk case split into three buckets: (1) military/government UAS tied to N1098L and Provo-week exercises, (2) event-level camera drones (TPUSA production B-roll and crowd operators), and (3) weaponized-drone theories (Israeli quadcopter, Switchblade, DARPA air-drop) that some citizen investigators propose as alternatives to the rooftop .30-06 story. This site does not claim any person or agency used a drone to kill Charlie Kirk unless citing a court record or attributed allegation.

Commentator coverage: Citizen journalist Ian Carroll has flown his own drone over the Losee Center roof as part of his footage analysis, arguing in his posts that no rifle is visible on the rooftop figure — aerial OSINT he presents as raising questions, not as proof of any alternative mechanism.

Interesting In This Area
- N1098L is the strongest government-linked thread; the TPUSA flight is the only admitted one.
- Campus police engaged no drones; news drones filmed the rooftop afterwards.
- Switchblade and DARPA routing comes from flight geometry, not released inventory.
- Butler and Gaza quadcopter threads are pattern arguments, explicitly not proof.
Interesting In Other Areas
- Counter-drone gear was reportedly tested at Provo on DoD Liaison badges.
- Only grainy re-encodes of the campus HD system have reached the public.
- No rooftop sweep preceded the event, and no counter-snipers watched the high ground.
- The HADES program is real, contracted, and built on that same airframe.

A cease-and-desist letter reportedly conceded what the public statements denied: a media drone flew for B-roll before the event while the protective detail had none. Media got the aerial view; security did not.

A 150 mph pass at fifty meters lasts under a second, which is why eyewitness drone counts run from zero to sixteen. The page separates streak claims on phone video from the one drone anybody admits flew.

Egyptian-linked contractors reportedly tested counter-drone gear at Provo the week of the killing, on U.S. DoD Liaison badges and a clearance to skip screening. Ten minutes from campus, and unverified.

The affidavit tracks a suspect across campus almost entirely on university cameras, yet only grainy re-encoded clips have reached the public. The original DVR exports and their per-frame timestamps have not.

Six campus officers, no thorough rooftop inspection, and a prone all-black figure reportedly on the same roof an hour before the shot. The clearest physical security failure under any theory of the killing.

US Army HADES (Drone Launching Planes)
HADES is a real, publicly contracted Army ISR program built on the same Global 6500 airframe as N1098L. Defense-trade reporting separately describes Army interest in launching drones from that airframe.
