Hospital Footage Seizure

Commentary in the investigation record alleges the FBI seized interior hospital surveillance footage from Timpanogos Regional Hospital while the manhunt was still active outside — and while questions remained about Kirk's transport, the cleared emergency room, and staff NDAs. This page documents those reported claims. We do not assert the seizure was improper or that any official acted illegally.

Why Hospital Footage Is Federal-Stewardship Evidence

If Kirk was transported to Timpanogos Regional (a disputed point covered under Medical), hospital cameras would capture:

  • Arrival time and condition of the patient
  • Who entered treatment areas and when
  • Whether the ER lobby was cleared and by whose authority
  • Movement of evidence-like materials (blood, fragments, clothing)

Federal seizure of that footage places the FBI in the chain of custody for some of the only interior video of the post-shooting medical response.

Reported Claims

Sources in the record include:

The master file asks: Who has authority to lock down an ER in that manner, and why was the FBI allegedly so quick to seize interior hospital footage while an active manhunt was still underway outside?

Hospital Leadership Timing

The seizure question sits alongside a reported leadership change at the hospital itself. Per the research record, Andrew Zenger was appointed CEO of Timpanogos Regional Hospital on August 19, 2025 (starting August 25) — weeks before the incident — and is described as the person who treated Charlie Kirk, reportedly joining the surgical team on August 28. Commentators note the same pattern seen with the FBI SAC and the judge: a key institutional role changing hands in the weeks before September 10 (see Salt Lake City Field Office). Timing alone proves nothing; it is why investigators want the hospital's own records charted against the seizure claim. The Utah Medical Examiner of record is listed as Deirdre Amaro.

Standard Protocol vs. Reported Conduct

Hospitals routinely cooperate with law enforcement on preservation requests after violent crimes. The investigatory question is whether a federal seizure occurred before local medical examiners and defense counsel could request copies, and whether any public inventory of seized media exists.

Open Questions

  • What legal instrument authorized FBI seizure of hospital surveillance media?
  • What date/time range was seized, and has any portion been released?
  • Does seized footage show the transport patient was Charlie Kirk?
  • Were hospital staff asked to sign NDAs before or after the seizure?

Laws (Charlie Kirk)

  • The FBI seizure inventory for Timpanogos hospital cameras, the legal instrument authorizing it, and any unreleased interior footage are things that the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws may result in powerful truths coming out that aren't out yet.

@Wvrmblut (July 2026) asked why officials "confiscate[d] the Charlie Kirk hospital footage" and shut down foreign-involvement inquiry—linking this page to Foreign Leads.

Posts quoting @Iwendtster and others circulate commentary on the SUV ride to the hospital, questioning routing and care. These are hostile questions, not medical findings. No court has found that named EMS, security, or hospital staff intentionally denied care to cause death.

Transparency asks remain: seizure inventory for Timpanogos interior cameras; who entered treatment spaces; any documentary basis for end-of-life decision rumors. Until public, claims stay open questions.
