Gov Mind Control — Investigation Index
Could Tyler Robinson — or whoever the public blames — have been directed, conditioned, or framed using government or intelligence tradecraft? This section maps documented programs (MKUltra, Artichoke, Frey Effect) against case-specific patsy and handler claims. Robinson is charged, not convicted. This site does not claim he was hypnotized, beam-controlled, or handler-run as fact.
Priority questions
- Did the CIA ever study involuntary assassins? → Project Artichoke Memo
- Is Tyler a label on someone else’s operation? → Tyler Robinson Patsy Framework
- Were Discord “confessions” timeline-coherent? → Discord Confession Timing
- Can platforms manufacture conviction? → MKUltra 2.0 Digital Engineering
- What would a full “make a shooter” stack look like? → Making a Shooter Playbook

Disclosure targets
Sealed digital forensics on Robinson’s devices, any informant or tasking files, and custody/interview logs Sept 11–12 are among items the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws may surface.

Citizen Investigator Claims on X (Attributed)
Mind-control / programmed-patsy discourse on X sits at the highest speculation tier. Historical facts about CIA MKUltra and Project Artichoke are real research subjects; applying them to Tyler Robinson is unverified theory.
July 2026 radio/X syndication claimed Lance Twiggs video testimony that Robinson said "I wish I hadn't done it"—used by some to argue ordinary guilt, by others as scripted confession narrative. Discord message timing versus Miranda remains a separate factual dispute.
Use this index to separate historical program pages from Robinson-specific patsy framework pages.
Hard rule: Do not read this page as a finding that any living handler, agency, or partner programmed Robinson. Courts have not so found.
Interesting In This Area
- One 1954 memo is the closest official analog to the make-a-shooter question.
- Kiriakou describes three hours of control; MKUltra is the documented baseline.
- The Discord clock is a records dispute, separate from any behavioral claim.
- Microwave hearing and platform funneling sit at opposite ends of the evidence scale.
Interesting In Other Areas
- The NCTC director says his foreign-nexus inquiry stopped once a suspect was in custody.
- Sealed device forensics and informant files are the disclosure targets that would test every claim here.
- Physical-frame arguments can support a patsy reading with no behavioral claim at all.
- The suspect hub separates the documents from the inference drawn on top of them.

Project Artichoke — Involuntary Assassin Memo
A January 22, 1954 CIA memo asks whether a man could be drugged during one social encounter and induced to attempt an assassination at a later date. It names a foreign official as the target and an American official as the fallback. The document is real.

MKUltra Behavioral-Control Program
MKUltra is declassified public record, which is why the programmed-patsy question does not get dismissed out of hand. The page also carries the "Alice in Wonderland" thread — overwhelm a person with contradictions until the first coherent story offered becomes their truth.

Tyler Robinson — Patsy Framework
Control shows up three ways — behavioral, narrative, and physical — and only the first involves hypnosis at all. That is the point of the framework: the patsy reading survives intact even if nothing ever touched Robinson's mind, which is where the physical arguments come in.

Making a Shooter — Playbook (Theoretical)
Five stacked layers — historical programs, beamed audio, digital grooming, human handlers, and a purely physical frame — assembled into one theoretical model. The last layer matters most: a patsy framework works with zero hypnosis if the wrong body is on the video, and what actually killed Charlie Kirk is still contested.

The hub for every argument that Tyler Robinson did not cause Charlie Kirk's death — ballistics, acoustics, identity gaps, and the standard physical tests that were reportedly never run.

The hub for the official suspect: identity mismatches, the surrender chain, the Discord artifacts, the travel timeline. Charged, not convicted — and organised so you can see which parts of the account are documents and which are inference.
