MKUltra 2.0 — Digital Social Engineering
Cold War MKUltra used labs, drugs, and isolation. A contemporary model — labeled “MKULTRA 2.0” in citizen research notes — argues platforms and private groups now perform similar functions: select vulnerable minds, reinforce narratives, and deploy them while subjects believe they act on conviction alone.
The claimed pipeline (summarized from CK research)
- Funnel — individuals moved from public feeds into private Discord/Telegram groups.
- Reinforce — echo chambers mold identity and grievance.
- Split — some are radicalized (true believers); others weaponized (tasked actors) per commentary.
- Trigger — memes, symbols, and phrases act as activation cues (analogized to hypnosis trigger words).
- Scale — behavioral analytics pick most susceptible profiles for deeper grooming.
The master file states plainly: “That’s not a conspiracy, it is digital social engineering that is happening right now” — presenting commercial and state-adjacent influence as established, while assassination application remains unproven.

TPUSA recruitment allegation (parallel funnel)
Joshua Peterson’s June 2026 whistleblower video (via Project Constitution) describes new TPUSA hires taken to Arizona bars in “stripper vans” and asked Israel/Mossad loyalty questions — a human recruitment funnel at the organization level, not Robinson-specific. See Handler Network Claims.
Limits
- Correlation ≠ MKUltra — radicalization happens without intelligence involvement daily.
