Sam Parker
Sam Parker posts as @BasedSamParker and @SamParkerSenate. He is one of the highest-volume citizen investigators on the Charlie Kirk case, and his output falls into four distinct lanes: second-by-second timeline reconstruction, Google Trends search-correlation graphics, an Israel-motive thesis, and document-versus-testimony comparison from the court record. His raw claim inventories are compiled at Based Sam Parker — X Posts and SamParkerSenate — X Posts.
Parker's work is used across this site more than almost any other single researcher's — and every one of his findings below is recorded as an attributed claim, not as a site finding.

The evacuation clock
The reconstruction most other timelines on this site anchor to is Parker's. He places the shot at roughly 12:23:27–12:23:30 PM MDT and measures every subsequent event as an offset from that zero point — security reaching Kirk at about T+18 seconds, SUV load beginning at 12:23:52 in his later stamp (about 32 seconds post-shot, slightly earlier than the common 12:24:01 figure used elsewhere).
That micro-timing disagreement is a second-count dispute inside the same clock, not a competing shot time — the 12:23 versus 12:27 argument is separate and is worked through at Shooting Time Disputes. The full minute-by-minute build is at Ten Minutes After the Shot.
The 911 call inventory
Parker has stated he holds all twenty 9-1-1 calls from that day and claims zero originated from TPUSA staff or Kirk's security detail. In parallel compilations he reports that Blake Neff, Andrew Kolvet, Mikey McCoy, and Terryl Farnsworth each indicated they did not place a 911 call, while Brian Harpole has said security called on the way to the hospital.
Carrier records have not been published, so this remains an attributed claim to verify against primary audio releases. The open question is tracked at the 911 call that reportedly never came.
Document versus testimony
Parker's court-record work compares what the paperwork says against what witnesses testified. Two examples recur across this site:
- The Davis timing conflict. The booking sheet lists Agent Brian Davis as arresting at 10:00 PM on September 11, while Davis testified he arrived near midnight. Parker also argues investigators were ordered to fly to St. George around 8:30 PM — before the publicized ~9:00 PM surrender window. See Mirandizing.
- The Mitchell statement. Parker raised questions about Mike Mitchell's second sworn statement (dated 3/31/2026), filed after Sheriff Brooksby's resignation announcement, citing redactions and mismatches with booking-sheet testimony.
Both are presented as reconstruction problems, not as court findings and not as accusations against any named official.
The Google Trends graphics
Parker's most widely circulated artifacts are annotated Google Trends composites, usually carrying the @SamParkerSenate watermark, arguing that specific names show search spikes filtered to Israeli or DC IP regions at notable dates:
- Utah's autopsy-photo law (S.B. 82) — drafting attorney Greg Gunn shows Israel-filtered spikes in June 2024 and May 2025. Written treatment at Utah Autopsy Law Changes.
- Medical examiner and surgeons — Israeli and DC IP interest in Deirdre Amaro, Timpanogos Regional Hospital, and Utah surgeons in mid-2025. See Surgeon Search Trends.
- Court personnel — isolated Israel-region spikes for Judge Tony Graf and retiring judge Robert Lunnen in a mid-2025 window.
- Names before the event — Hunter Kozak, Skyler Baird, George Zinn, and Beau Mason showing regionally filtered search interest before September 10.
Methodological caution applies to every one of these. Google Trends reports relative, normalized interest. A peak of 100 in a low-volume region can rest on a handful of searches, and the tool does not identify who searched or why. The correlation is recorded as Parker states it; the inference is his. The broader dataset is at Google Searches.
The Israel-motive thesis
Parker's most contested line of work argues Kirk had become a liability to pro-Israel political interests — citing his role in defeating HR 867, his public conflict with the ADL, his opposition to platform censorship of anti-Israel content, and reported claims that he turned down a large donation and told people he believed he might be killed. The site treats this as a motive hypothesis under active dispute, laid out with counterarguments at Israel.
Records and narrative work
- GRAMA denials — Parker reported that UVU denied a records request for the camera feed from behind Charlie's tent, citing public-safety and fair-trial grounds. See UVU GRAMA Records.
- Paving sequencing — working from Judicial Watch documents, Parker stresses that contractor Daniel Merrell was the install crew, not the origin of the excavation decision — an important distinction when mapping who set the schedule.
- The wound-description reversal — his June 2026 synthesis documents early "shot in the chest" broadcast language flipping to neck within roughly an hour. See Shot in Chest Reversal.
Suppression claims
An X Space featuring @BasedSamParker was reportedly deleted by the platform, a claim circulated alongside other suppression reports covered at Censorship of Investigators and X — Deboosting Investigators.
Status: Sam Parker — Alive
Laws (Charlie Kirk)
- The 911 carrier records, the withheld behind-tent camera feed, unredacted sworn statements, and the complete booking and arrest paperwork are exactly the documents that would resolve Parker's document-versus-testimony conflicts — and are among the records the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws are designed to force into public view.
What This Site Does and Does Not Say
Every Parker claim on this page is recorded as his public analysis. This website does not assert as fact that any living person named here committed a crime, acted unlawfully, or had knowledge of the assassination in advance. The Google Trends correlations in particular are recorded with their methodological limits stated alongside them.

Extreme Motivation for Israel to Kill Charlie
Why proponents argue Israel-aligned actors carried the strongest reported motive: few Americans could move MAGA and Christian-conservative opinion the way Kirk could. Motive is a reason someone might want an outcome, never evidence of involvement.
Read thisTwo different claims get blurred together: that no autopsy happened, and that one happened and the report was never released. The second is the accurate one, and it is why almost nothing here is settled.
