  • Described (with @Liz_Wheeler and @JackPosobiec) the surveillance presentation of the charged defendant's multi-loop campus scouting and Chick-fil-A stop the morning of September 10 — cited on pre-shot campus movements.
  • Separately, citizen scheduling analysis notes Neff himself was among named TPUSA travelers landing SLC ~9:23 AM that day — a scheduling observation on the same page, not an accusation.
