The broadcast cuts away to Jason Chaffetz, confirming it ran inside a live news program.
- The witness adds his opinion that Zinn was "maybe a perfect person to pick and say that did it. But I don't think he did it at all." The public record is that Zinn was not the shooter and faced unrelated charges; Mr. Zinn is a living person and nothing here asserts he committed any crime, nor is the witness accused of anything.
