CrossbBritt — X Posts

@CrossbBritt is cited on this site as a July 2026 preliminary-hearing watcher whose summaries of sworn testimony supply the main rebuttal to the custody-before-Discord confession timeline. The site presents both sides; these are observer summaries of testimony, not transcripts.

Claims from X posts

  • July 2026 — Stated that Agents Brian Davis and David Hull testified under oath that Tyler Robinson turned himself in just before 9:00 p.m. (2100) on Sept 11 at the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
  • Per the same summaries: Robinson was not Mirandized at that moment by WCSO (lack of jurisdiction to interrogate); he was held for SBI / Utah County investigators; and interior hold / interview-room video exists.
  • The implication drawn: the Discord messages were not post-custody — directly opposing the 6:25 PM custody-first school built from the defense Bates filing. Both readings are held open on Mirandizing and the Sept 8–13 timeline.

Investigative value

The account anchors one full side of the site's most contested procedural question — when custody began versus when the Discord "confession" was typed. Readers should compare against the faked-confession pages and the missing-surrender-footage thread before drawing conclusions. Robinson is charged, not convicted, and is presumed innocent.

Two small documentation threads that turn out to matter: a question about a changed booth position at the venue, and a chronology of the press briefings during the window when the suspect-in-custody alerts reversed.

The entry-angle argument in its most cited form: the geometry of a rooftop shot set against the reported wound location. It cannot be closed either way while the autopsy report stays sealed, which is why it keeps circulating.

The transparency-win side of the 2026 court fight — a judge refusing to seal records and letting cameras in. The page sets those wins beside what stayed sealed: the autopsy, the full ballistics appendices, the unredacted warrants.

The March 31, 2026 pairing that went everywhere — a sheriff resigning after thirty years and the ATF reportedly unable to conclusively match the bullet, posted as "surely a coincidence." Temporal clustering is not causation, and the page says so out loud.

Tyler Robinson Discord Messages

The case summary for every Discord artifact at once — the confession screenshot, the two usernames, the servers, the warrant pages, and the platform's own statements. It ends on the one question a subpoena return would answer: which IP the posting account logged in from.

6:25 PM Custody & the Discord Confession

If the rights warning came at 6:25 PM and the phone went into evidence, who typed the Discord messages at 7:57? A single login-IP record that nobody has published would settle it.

Washington County protocol reportedly seizes a phone at Miranda. Miranda is placed near 6:25 PM; the Discord traffic is stamped 7:57 PM, 260 miles from campus. The page documents the timing conflict without asserting forgery.
