@danksterintel (Danks) thread-compiled Daily Caller GRAMA releases (112 pages) into a viral breakdown of UVU institutional failures the night before the shooting. Claims are from their X synthesis — verify against primary GRAMA PDFs when available.

Claims from X posts​

  • Sept 9, 10:35 PM — Two unidentified men asked UVU police about "a plan"; cabinet notified; 44 minutes later dismissed as "GOP reps" with no documentation of what was said.
  • Sept 9, 2:23 PM — Email chain: someone wanted a message delivered to Charlie Kirk — delivery undocumented; names redacted.
  • Sept 3 — Orem PD sent ticket link; joint Public Order Unit never activated.
  • Post-shooting alerts — false "suspect in custody" at ~19 min; "Shooter in [INSERT location]" placeholder at ~88 min.
  • Six campus police for ~3,000 attendees; no ambulance; no active-shooter faculty training.
  • UVU acknowledged additional withheld documents beyond the 112 pages.

Hearing Coverage + GRAMA Lane (Attributed)​

Beyond GRAMA records on pre-shooting warnings and emergency-alert failures, @danksterintel ran live Day 3–5 Tyler Robinson hearing broadcasts (July 2026). A widely engaged post reported that counsel for Erika Kirk and the family told Judge Graf the family has not seen video evidence and quoted: "There's a complete distortion of reality that was just put forth," arguing the hearing is also about letting the family process evidence from a ten-month investigation.
