The value here is the layer beneath the argument. Transponder on/off windows posted by @diddlezs are timestamps a reader can pull up again in the same tracker, which is more than most of the aircraft lane offers. They are still tracker reconstructions — a transponder going quiet is not an aircraft going still, and playback shows only what receivers heard. The ramp record that would settle it — parking assignments, work orders, badge access at Provo Municipal Airport — is exactly what the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws would compel into the open.
