  • July 6–7, 2026 — Reported (with @alexboge and @stratagemmer) that the autopsy was entered into evidence with cause of death gunshot wound to the neck, manner homicide, and bullet fragments recovered — while the judge ruled the full ME report not available to the public (Trial and the Autopsy Report).
  • July 7, 2026 — Hearing-clip framing that Kirk was pronounced dead at Timpanogos hospital (Events at the Hospital).
  • His testimony/autopsy language is read by some as proof an autopsy narrative exists even if the report is sealed — a competing claim against the earlier "no ME autopsy / death certificate signed at hospital" stack from September 2025 (Death Certificate).
  • The notes coexist with the September 17, 2025 ATF "inconclusive" fragment-to-Mauser comparison that citizen investigators say keeps the rifle narrative open.
