Matthew St Baker — X Posts

@matt82704417 (Matthew St Baker — see his People profile) is a citizen investigator whose name appears on this site because he reshared and amplified device-theory analyses — not because he is a subject of suspicion. The items below are reported social-media interpretations of footage, not authenticated forensic findings.

Claims from X posts

  • June 21, 2026 — the 4K shirt-tracking post — Crediting Jon Bray's optical-flow work, claimed a 4K close-up follows an alleged device frame-by-frame: starting at the mic receiver pack on Kirk's left belt, driven up under the shirt, "pinched and yanked violently over his left shoulder" toward the neck, then falling diagonally to the lower right. He asserted the charge was PETN and framed it as visual proof of "an INTERNAL EXPLOSION," writing "It's over. The 30.06 gunshot narrative is dead." (Source) — see Shirt Pull at the Shot (site rating: SPECULATIVE) and Mic Explosive.
  • Shaped-charge pendant reshare (June 21, 2026) — Reshared a December 2025 thread by a user identifying himself as a former USMC explosive breacher (@cletus_jethro), arguing a microscopic cone-shaped charge sat in the top of Kirk's crucifix pendant, anchored by the chain and detonated by a third party (Exploding Pendant).
  • USB-logo shard claim (June 2026) — Claimed a USB logo is visible on shards in the RODE/receiver explosion video analysis (Mic Explosion Video Analysis).
  • His posts also feed the shirt-before-blood sequencing argument — shirt deformation, clasp lift, and necklace snap before visible blood (Shirt Before Blood).

Investigative value

St Baker is the principal June 2026 amplifier of the Bray-derived device analyses — the posts that pushed the exploding-mic/pendant theories back into high circulation. The site pairs each claim with the ordinary explanations (hydrostatic shock, compression artifacts) and the skeptic demonstrations arguing a real shaped charge leaves a large smoke signature.

A Grayzone editor's allegation that control over the show's distribution changed hands about a week after the killing, and that the organisation was steered back into line afterwards. FARA registrations and distribution contracts would settle it.

A counter-voice inside the ballistics fight: soft-point .30-06 ammunition should fragment, so an inconclusive comparison is being overclaimed by skeptics. The site keeps the rebuttal next to the claim it answers.

One of the amplifiers behind the pre-event search thread — that Utah medical figures were searched from unusual address ranges before September 10. The DC half of that claim gets less attention than the Israeli half.

The Shirt Pulled at the Instant of the Shot (Claims)

Exploding-mic proponents read a 4K close-up as showing an object driven up under Kirk's shirt. The theory's own cited explosives expert says the mechanism would move the mic the other way — a claim rebutted by its own witness.
