Stellar Man — X Posts

@stellarman22 (Stellar Man) originated the N888KG flight-track claim within hours of the shooting — one of the earliest aircraft threads in the case. The bullets below are claims attributed to their X posts; the tracking gap is checkable, the characterizations are the poster's.

An aircraft leaving Provo within an hour is only notable in the context of what had just happened on campus — Charlie Kirk had been assassinated, and the site's account of that begins at Charlie Kirk.

Claims from X posts

  • Posted on the evening of September 10 that private jet N888KG "left Provo airport an hour after the shooting," that 30 minutes into the flight it "drops off of ADS-B illegally," and reappears headed back to Provo about an hour later — closing with "Why did this plane turn off its radar? Where is the shooter?" (Capture)
  • The attached UTC timeline: assassination 18:10, takeoff 19:12, ADS-B loss 19:44, reappearance 20:30; registry N888KG LLC (Lehi, UT), with the tail number "not available for public tracking per request."
  • A capture taken ~15 hours after posting (morning of September 11) fixes the claim before the owner's public statement of a pre-scheduled round trip to Page, AZ — letting readers see the sequence: observation first, explanation after. Whether the posted 19:12 UTC departure and the owner's ~1:20 PM MT account reconcile remains publicly unresolved. (Timestamped capture)
  • The site's caution is recorded alongside: ADS-B dropouts also occur through terrain shadowing and receiver coverage, and blocked tail numbers can vanish from public displays without anything happening in the cockpit. The closing question about the shooter is rhetorical and connects nothing.

Investigative value

The post established the aircraft lane of the investigation within a day of the event. The full analysis, including the owner's account, is at N888KG and the day's flights are assembled at Sept 10 Flight Timeline.

The most sustained scrutiny of the surrender-and-custody clock — an on-camera Miranda at 6:25 PM against Discord messages stamped 7:57 PM, and no bodycam of the highest-profile political-assassination surrender in fifty years. A narrow, testable lane: clock times against documents.

Court-window coverage from a news outlet rather than a citizen theorist: enhanced rooftop video shown to the family but never broadcast, and an officer describing a red-and-black screwdriver on the roof while his body camera reportedly stopped. N888KG Provo Vanish

A business jet left Provo about an hour after the shooting, lost its ADS-B signal mid-flight, then reappeared and returned. The owner, the FAA and the FBI director all say the gap was routine and the aircraft is not part of the investigation.
