"Bibi Replaced, TPUSA Done"

Two posts published a day apart in July 2026 make the same underlying claim from opposite directions: that Charlie Kirk had specifically weighed calling for Benjamin Netanyahu to step down, and specifically understood what that would cost him. Neither is proof of anything about September 10, 2025. Together they are the sharpest version yet of the motive-layer argument this section tracks — and they arrive with a piece of contemporaneous-looking evidence attached that also cuts against the harder reading.
The claim (Carrie Prejean Boller, July 25, 2026)
"Seth Dillon and I spoke back stage at the religious Liberty commission hearing. We exchanged numbers and I followed up on text per our conversation… Seth admitted that Charlie told him if he were to say that Bibi should be replaced that TPUSA would be done. Charlie told Seth that saying certain things would come at a cost. Charlie knew the cost of criticizing Israel and Bibi. Charlie died a hero. He knew the risk of saying the things he was saying and he said it anyway. It eventually cost him his life."

The venue she names is the religious liberty commission hearing — the same setting where Prejean Boller has been reported as putting questions to Dillon about the Bridgehampton weekend, the exchange in which Dillon's account of that weekend reportedly shifted from "enjoyable summer retreat" to "heated and at times spirited debate."
What the published screenshot actually contains
The image she attached is a text thread headed "Seth":
"He never said to me at least that he was bullied or threatened by anyone. just that saying certain things would come at a cost. He was right about that, but that doesn't make anyone that he was dealing with evil."
Set the two side by side and the gap is obvious:
| Claim | In the screenshot? |
|---|---|
| Charlie used "cost" language about saying certain things | Yes — verbatim |
| Charlie said calling for Bibi's replacement would end TPUSA | No — attributed to the backstage conversation only |
| Charlie said he was bullied or threatened | No — the text explicitly denies this |
| The people Charlie dealt with were acting in bad faith | No — the text explicitly rejects this ("doesn't make anyone… evil") |
The "TPUSA would be done" line is the load-bearing part of the claim and it is the part with no document behind it. It is Prejean Boller reporting what Dillon reportedly said Charlie said — two removes from the source, with the source dead. The message-level analysis of this distinction lives at Seth Dillon's Text — "A Cost".
The Bilzerian post it answers
Prejean Boller's post quote-tweets a July 24, 2026 post from @ElectBilzerian (471,907 views), which itself quotes Candace Owens:
"In the hamptons on August 4th Charlie asked the Zionist influencers there a question: 'what would you say if I tweeted right now for Netanyahu to resign?'
Imo He wasn't helping them come up with retorts... He was preparing to call for Netanyahus resignation.
A month later he was assassinated."
The post is careful about its own status — "Imo" flags the second paragraph as interpretation. The question at the Hamptons is presented as reported fact; the claim that Charlie was preparing to call for Netanyahu's resignation is presented as the author's inference from it. The final line places the two events in sequence without asserting causation, which is exactly where the reader has to do the work.
Why the two accounts reinforce each other — and where that stops
The reason these posts travelled is that they converge without obviously being copies of each other. Bilzerian's account has Charlie testing the question in a room of pro-Israel influencers in early August. Prejean Boller's has Dillon — one of the reported attendees of that same weekend — saying Charlie had priced the answer: TPUSA would be done. If both are accurate, Charlie both floated the move and knew what it would cost, roughly five weeks before he was killed.
That is a coherent motive narrative. It is not an execution narrative. Nothing in either post identifies a person who acted, a channel through which anything was arranged, or any link to Utah on September 10, 2025. Financial and reputational cost — losing donors, losing an organization — is the ordinary currency of political disagreement and is not the same thing as a threat to someone's life. Dillon's own text says so explicitly.
Open questions
- Will Dillon confirm, deny, or clarify the "TPUSA would be done" attribution? He has not publicly responded to this post as of this writing.
- Is there a contemporaneous record — a message, a note, a recording — of Charlie saying this in 2025, rather than a 2026 recollection of it?
- Who else was in the room for the August 4 Netanyahu question, and does any other attendee confirm it was asked? See the attendee table.
- Did Charlie ever draft the post he reportedly floated? His published Israel-related statements are collected at Charlie Kirk Quotes on Israel.
Laws (Charlie Kirk)
Dillon's deposition transcripts, the religious liberty commission hearing record, and Charlie's own device contents from July–September 2025 are among the records the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws may force into public view. Every claim on this page currently rests on recollection because the primary records are not public.
