The X post from @FurkanGozukara (a 270K-follower account focused on AI tutorials and tech, that periodically amplifies political content) frames the segment as follows:

The framing language ("BOMBSHELL", "confirms", "massive Zionist conspiracy") is the X poster's framing — not Peters' own. The underlying allegations originate with Peters in the attached video.

And then we had heard rumors that there was a billion dollars on the table and I've reported loosely that there was a billion dollar offer. And then we come to find out through Candace Owens that there's this gentleman called Pierre who is in Israel who is one of the first people to announce that he was aware of Charlie Kirk's death that actually had offered Charlie a billion dollars which Charlie rejected. Wow. And you find out that all of that money immediately after Charlie's death was accepted. Turning point USA and it's pretty eye opening when you look at who the people are that are around him. And that's up to and including his wife who I've been very open about saying it's my opinion that she at minimum had foreknowledge.   3. "Pierre" in Israel. Peters attributes to Candace Owens the identification of "this gentleman called Pierre who is in Israel" as the alleged offeror. Peters does not provide a last name.   4. "Pierre" announcing Kirk's death. Peters claims the same individual was "one of the first people to announce" that he was aware of Charlie Kirk's death. Peters does not identify the announcement (post, broadcast, message) or its timing in the clip.

  5. Acceptance of funds by Turning Point USA. Peters claims that "all of that money immediately after Charlie's death was accepted" by Turning Point USA. As of this page's publication, TPUSA has not, to public knowledge, publicly confirmed, denied, or otherwise addressed the specific allegation. No filed financial disclosure has been pointed to in the public record that documents this acceptance under the framing Peters describes.

  6. Allegation about Erika Kirk. Peters states, in his own words and explicitly framed as opinion: "it's my opinion that she at minimum had foreknowledge. And I think that it's more likely that she was actually involved with the planning phases and helping to carry that." Erika Kirk is a living person. She has not been charged with any crime in connection with the death of Charlie Kirk. No court has adjudicated this allegation. Peters' statement is his own personal opinion as he labels it.
