Investigative leads pointing outside the United States — toward Israeli-based actors, communications, travel, and SIGINT data — are tracked here. These are leads to pursue, not verdicts. We do not claim any Israeli person or institution committed a crime.
Blocked federal posture
The highest-priority foreign lead is whether the government ran down Israel-related data at all:

- Russell Brand alleges cabinet sources said "no foreign involvement" and no domestic accomplices six days after the shooting — unattributed, but consistent with Kent's public account.
- Public FBI messaging reportedly cited foreign intelligence assisting while Kent says foreign-nexus work was halted — the tension is the core question.

Communications and funding leads
- "Pierre" in Israel — Stew Peters alleges a billion-dollar offeror who was among the first to announce Charlie's death; identification via Candace Owens, not independently verified. Owens' own coverage (Episode 303) reportedly names Justin Streiff, described as TPUSA's C.O.O., as allegedly placing a call right after the shooting to a French-American she believes is "Pierre du Pont" (rendered elsewhere as Pierre Falcone or Pierre Samuel du Pont VI) over a claimed billion-dollar TPUSA partnership — a reported allegation about living persons, requiring phone records to corroborate. Travel and aircraft leads
- SU-BTT and Egyptian military jets — Candace Owens timeline and expanded five-plane Provo swarm claims (SU-BTT, SU-BND, SU-BTU, SU-BTV, SU-BGM) cited in CK_FILE as possible foreign-government VIP movements near TPUSA events.
- Post-event cross-border travel of persons of interest — needs manifest corroboration.
Foreign-government contact timeline (claims)
A separate citizen-research thread (amplified by @Ex_Nihilo_x) points to publicly listed diplomatic contacts on the Egyptian Presidency website clustering around September 10, 2025, and reads them as suspicious proximity — not proof of coordination:
- Aug 20, 2025 — Egyptian President El-Sisi speaks with French President Macron.
- Sept 8, 2025 — El-Sisi meets the USCENTCOM commander (two days before the shooting).
- Sept 15, 2025 — El-Sisi joins a video conference at Macron's invitation (five days after).
- Sept 20, 2025 — another El-Sisi/Macron call.
These are official-calendar entries given a hostile interpretation by commentators; the timing overlaps the Egyptian SU-BTT jet movements but establishes no operational link. Separately, Candace Owens reported that after she raised an alleged Macron directive, only Tulsi Gabbard's office replied among major executive branches.
Media and reaction leads
- Speed and tone of Israeli media and official statements after September 10 — parsed on Israel PM.

What corroboration would look like
- Lawful subscriber identity for alleged UVU phones

- NCTC/FBI case files showing which foreign threads received case numbers

X Discourse and Hearing-Era Claims (Attributed)
For Israel Foreign Leads, citizen investigators on X continue to circulate: (1) Carlson's characterization that friends believe Israel-views shifts explain the murder; (2) SIGINT-style 12–16 Israeli-registered phone claims at UVU and Bumblehive deanonymization stories; (3) Grim Beeper / PETN capability analogies; (4) Kent foreign-lead blockage; (5) donor-text and Hamptons-pressure narratives; (6) aggressive counter-posts branding foreign-blame theories as antisemitic blood libel.
None of the above is a court finding that Israel, Mossad, or any named Israeli or Jewish person killed Charlie Kirk. Proximity of phones, donor disputes, and capability demonstrations are investigative questions. Officially, prosecutors present a domestic lone-suspect case against Tyler Robinson (charged, not convicted).
