The highest-traffic UVU presence claim is not a sighting but SIGINT: commentators allege 12–16 Israeli-registered cellphones were active at or near the event during the shooting window, detected via NSA Utah (Bumblehive) metadata. See the dedicated page:

Search-pattern and IP-based indicators
Separately, commentators point to Google Trends and search-data patterns involving Israeli IP ranges spiking around case-related figures (attorneys, officials, commentators). These are circumstantial signals of interest, not action.
Evaluation notes
Presence near an event does not establish participation in it. UVU is a large public campus and the claims here require primary-source corroboration — video, records, or direct testimony — before they can move beyond allegation.

None of the above is a court finding that Israel, Mossad, or any named Israeli or Jewish person killed Charlie Kirk. Proximity of phones, donor disputes, and capability demonstrations are investigative questions. Officially, prosecutors present a domestic lone-suspect case against Tyler Robinson (charged, not convicted).
