Law Enforcement Investigation Index
This section covers government police and prosecutors outside the FBI — who was on scene, who took custody, who paved the courtyard, and where local accounts conflict. Federal FBI material lives in FBI.

How to read this section
Every page in this area separates what a public document or filing says from what citizen investigators infer from it. Agency pages (campus police, sheriffs, DPS) state the on-record account first, then flag the timestamp and jurisdiction questions raised around it. The two federal rows below are pointers only — the FBI's conduct and the halted NCTC review are documented in their own sections so they are not duplicated or contradicted here. Start with the on-scene response if you want the first-minutes gap, or the custody chain if you want the surrender-timeline disputes.
Preliminary Hearing Watch-Items (Attributed)
For Law Enforcement Investigation Index: July 2026 multi-day preliminary hearing coverage (Project Constitution, danksterintel, War Room, etc.) highlighted: rifle photo exhibits and safety/scope debates; roommate confession interview video; family counsel Joseph Neiman's push for a prompt probable-cause decision; defense focus on ballistics inconclusiveness language; and continued public anger over courtyard paving after the lead investigator reportedly learned of it from news.
Robinson is charged, not convicted. Gag orders and closed-hearing reports constrain primary sourcing — prefer filings and on-record testimony clips over influencer paraphrase when possible.
