Tyler Robinson Residences

Two southern-Utah residences are tied to the accused, Tyler Robinson. Both are roughly 215–250 miles south of the UVU crime scene, along the I-15 corridor, and both were searched by law enforcement after his surrender.

The apartment — St. George

Reporting and court records place Robinson's apartment at 3419 S River Rd #73, St. George, UT 84790 (the Fossil Hills / "Cottage at Fossil Hills" development). This is described as where he lived at the time of the shooting. Police secured the apartment after the surrender was arranged.

The family home — Washington City

Robinson's parents' home is in Washington City (often written "Washington, Utah"), near St. George, reported as 894 W Cimarron Dr, Washington, UT 84780. According to reporting, his parents recognized him in surveillance photos and convinced him to come to their home on September 11; while there he reportedly implied involvement before agreeing to surrender. Some posts noted the family home address appeared blurred on Google Maps.

Why these locations matter

The residences anchor the southern end of the escape-route timeline — the drive from Orem down I-15 to the St. George/Washington area, including a gas-station stop along the way. They are also the staging point for the surrender that followed. Independent reviewers have asked which residence the surrender party departed from, whether the separate apartment was ever stopped at, and what was recovered in each search.

Tyler Robinson is the accused and is presumed innocent; the account above reflects reporting and allegations, not proven facts. Addresses listed here have circulated in public reporting and court filings.
