Fox News (national) and Fox 13 (Utah) occupy different lanes: national security and campus-accountability storytelling versus local courthouse reporting. Tyler Robinson is charged, not convicted throughout.

Prosecutor contempt connection

Deputy County Attorney Christopher Ballard reportedly made case-strength statements to Fox (along with TMZ and USA Today) that contributed to a June 2026 contempt finding — documented court action, not an accusation of prosecutor criminality (AP).
