Platforms are not neutral pipes in this case — they are distribution, moderation battlegrounds, and evidence channels (especially Discord, treated on court Discord page).

X (Twitter)​

YouTube​

Long-form video replaced TV segments for contested forensics:

  • Baron Coleman — Miranda / Bates 003996-R2 breakdowns (citizen citing).
  • @stevendenoon — ballistics collaborations cited in X threads.
  • "Charlie Kirk 30-06" search cluster — gel tests and caliber education videos referenced in CK_FILE.

YouTube is also where TPUSA, InfoWars, and podcast ecosystems rebroadcast theories (Influencers podcasts).

TikTok​

Short-form outrage loops:

  • Fox News covered a dancer at the assassination site TikTok — meta-story about disrespect and virality (Fox).
  • Reuters documented Libs of TikTok driving workplace retaliation visibility in the 600+ firings investigation (Reuters).

Discord​

Not a "press outlet" but the prosecution's alleged confession channel. Platform policies matter less than custody and authentication in court (Discord evidence).

Meta (Facebook / Instagram)​

Less central in the master file than X, but witness phone footage and local community groups still appear in anecdotal delete-video claims (Media Censorship).

Dual restriction: platforms + gag orders​

December 2025 gag order limits what witnesses and lawyers can say to reporters; platform moderation limits what users can post online — stacked chilling-effect debate on Media Censorship.

We do not claim platform employees or executives knew of the assassination in advance.

Citizen Investigator Claims on X​

Platform roles: X for rapid claim discovery and hearing notes (@triggersmarthq style); YouTube for multi-hour forensics; TikTok for emotional virality; Discord as both evidence narrative and contested confession medium. Users argue moderation + gag orders create a double bind against public fact-finding.
