The "Signed Off" Allegation (Unverified)
A secondhand claim on X (user @lindseey_loo, July 3–4, 2026) alleges that a "young woman" the medical examiner "had never met before" — described as "new, young, blonde and clearly unqualified" — "signed off" on Charlie's autopsy report before the examiner finished, with the poster noting a report is "a draft until it is signed" and that "changes can be made" in that window. The poster speculated, without confirming, whether the woman was Dr. Amaro. This is an allegation, not a finding; it is unverified and the "unqualified" description is inconsistent with Dr. Amaro's board-certification. Against this rumor, DPS agent David Hull testified (~July 6–7, 2026) that the Utah OME conducted the autopsy, ruled homicide by gunshot wound to the neck, and recovered a bullet fragment — while the specific performing examiner stayed unnamed in court.
Seven Surgeons Searched from Israeli IPs (Claims)
One of the most cited data points in the investigation is the claim that seven surgeons at the hospital where Charlie was taken were searched from Israeli IP addresses around July 14-30, 2025 — approximately seven weeks before the shooting. According to the compiled research:

Andrew Zenger — Hospital CEO (Not a Surgeon)
Andrew Zenger was appointed CEO of Timpanogos Regional Hospital on August 19, 2025, with a start date of August 25. He is a hospital administrator with a background in operations and management — not a physician or surgeon.
A claim that circulated on social media — that Zenger was "the doctor that treated Charlie" and that he "joined the surgical team on August 28" — is false. The CEO and the treating surgeon were two different people. Zenger has no medical degree or surgical training and did not perform any operation on Charlie Kirk; the physician who actually treated Charlie at the hospital remains publicly unnamed. The only items citizen investigators have actually flagged about Zenger are the timing of his CEO appointment and a reported (unverified) Israeli-IP search of his name on August 27. Connection to Hospital Choice
The fact that these surgeons and administrators were at Timpanogos Regional Hospital — the facility Charlie was taken to despite it being farther away and a lower trauma level than the alternative — connects this page to the Hospital Choice & Transport analysis. If the hospital was pre-selected, investigators argue, the surgical staff would need to be known in advance.
Important Caveats
- The "Israeli IP" search claims come from citizen-investigator analysis of Google Trends and related data. The methodology and reliability of these attributions have not been independently verified in court proceedings.
- Surgeons being searchable online is normal. The claim's significance rests on the pattern — multiple surgeons at the same hospital, searched from the same foreign IP addresses, in a concentrated timeframe weeks before the event.
- None of the named surgeons or Dr. Amaro are accused of wrongdoing. The claims center on who was searching for them and why.
