Most sources place the fatal event at ~12:23 PM Utah time on September 10, 2025. Internal video timeline notes extend to 12:24:36 PM for immediate post-shot movement.

Jerusalem Post timing conflict
Charlie_Kirk.txt flags that the Jerusalem Post announced Kirk's death before the modeled pronouncement window closed. If accurate, that implies either:
- Death was known externally before official hospital pronouncement, or
- Public reporting used a different time source
This remains an open synchronization problem — not proof of any actor's wrongdoing.
Erika / Mikey call discrepancy
Erika Kirk reportedly said Mikey McCoy called her at 12:23 PM (11:23 AM Arizona). Blake Neff claimed he witnessed that call and a subsequent call to Rob McCoy — but at 12:24:02 footage shows Mikey alone without Neff in frame. Project notes state: "Something isn't adding up" — timeline reconstruction only, no accusation.
Death certificate gap
