Charlie Kirk was transported to Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem — not to the higher-level Utah Valley Hospital (Intermountain) in Provo. Investigators treat that choice as a central medical-process question. We do not claim any hospital employee caused harm or knew of the attack.

The two hospitals belong to different companies: Timpanogos to for-profit HCA / MountainStar, Utah Valley Hospital to nonprofit Intermountain Health — the system created in 1975 when the LDS Church divested its fifteen hospitals. The church-founded facility is therefore the alternative hospital, not this one. Note also that "UVU" in citizen posts means Utah Valley University, the shooting site; the hospital is UVH, Utah Valley Hospital.
Standard serious-trauma protocol favors the highest-level center reachable. A gunshot to the neck would normally trigger Level I/II preference if available within reasonable time.

Cleared ER and bomb-scare theories
Commentary describes the emergency department as unusually empty on September 10. A July 2026 Candace Owens tip claims patients were moved to another wing around 10am, then to Intermountain / Utah Valley by shuttle with files — and community posts claim a Charlie Kirk chart appeared at the other hospital before the shot. Surgeon search-pattern cluster
Charlie_Kirk.txt documents seven Timpanogos surgeons allegedly searched from Israeli IPs in a July 2025 window — Neilman, Patterson, Trotter, Gill, Rasmussen, Pugh, and others. Listed on Doctors and Medical Staff Changes. No accusation — pattern documentation only.
