Patients Moved to Another Hospital (Claims)
:::caution Legal Disclaimer This page documents an anonymous, uncorroborated claim. Timpanogos Regional Hospital, Intermountain Health, Utah Valley Hospital, their staff, and any named public official are not accused of crime, advance knowledge of the shooting, or illegal record handling. The account may be mistaken. :::
After the alleged wing relocation inside Timpanogos Regional Hospital, Candace Owens said patients were told — at approximately 11:30 AM on September 10, 2025 — that they would be transferred to Intermountain hospital, Utah Valley Hospital. Charlie Kirk was shot about 12:24 PM and was taken to Timpanogos, not Utah Valley. If the transfer happened as described, the destination hospital received Timpanogos ER patients before the shooting and before Kirk's arrival (~12:50 PM estimate).
What Was Said
Candace Owens relaying the anonymous account of an ~11:30 AM shuttle transfer from Timpanogos to Intermountain / Utah Valley Hospital, and appealing for anyone who drove, booked, or received it. Video originally posted by @ArtifexMemor, amplified by @MarioNawfal on X, July 31, 2026.
From the Owens segment amplified by @MarioNawfal and @danksterintel:
Then after some time at approximately 11:30 AM, patients were informed that they would be transferred aboard shuttles to Intermountain hospital. That's Utah Valley Hospital. And that's what happened. All of the emergency room patients and all of their files were then transferred to Intermountain.
Owens argued that outside of cameras (which she links to a separate FBI footage-seizure thread), there would be little trail that those patients had ever been at Timpanogos — and she asked anyone who drove, booked, or received the transfer to contact her program.
July 31 posts framed the same point as a headline (@TakingGaiaBack, @Omaruncovered).
The Trail She Says Would Exist
The longer 2:32 cut of the segment (embedded above, transcribed for this site) sets out the specific records and people Owens believes a shuttle transfer of this size would necessarily leave behind:
"Somebody somewhere drove that shuttle bus, booked the shuttle bus, saw the shuttle bus arriving at Intermountain hospital, was working at Intermountain hospital, when a shuttle bus stopped and people emerged and files mysteriously, then were transferred. And if you are that somebody, that one body, please email us."
She goes on to suggest checking Google satellite imagery for that day and looking up local shuttle companies for an unusual booking, and adds that anyone who was a transferred patient "probably should also contact a lawyer." She closes with a conditional, not a conclusion: "if we are able to prove that this took place beyond a shadow of a doubt with paperwork, then I would say foreknowledge of Charlie's assassination can no longer be disputed."
No such paperwork has been produced. The vendor and booking records she describes are exactly the records that would settle it — and are the same trail the buses / shuttles page tracks.
Timeline as Asserted
| Time (local, Sept 10, 2025) | Asserted event |
|---|---|
| ~10:00 AM hour | Patients moved to another wing at Timpanogos |
| ~11:30 AM | Patients told they would go to Intermountain / Utah Valley; transfer executed |
| ~12:24 PM | Charlie Kirk shot at UVU |
| ~12:50 PM | Approximate Kirk arrival at Timpanogos (not Utah Valley) |
The Receiving Hospital, Named
The destination in this claim is one specific building, and the X threads name it three different ways — including one name that does not exist. For the record:
| Receiving hospital | Hospital Charlie Kirk went to | |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Utah Valley Hospital (UVH) | Timpanogos Regional Hospital |
| City | Provo — 1034 N 500 W | Orem |
| Operator | Intermountain Health (nonprofit) | MountainStar Healthcare, a division of HCA Healthcare (for-profit) |
| Trauma level | Level II | Level IV |
| Role in this claim | Where the shuttles and the patient files allegedly went, ~11:30 AM | Where the ER was allegedly cleared, and where Kirk was actually treated after 12:24 PM |
"UVU ER" is a misnomer. UVU is Utah Valley University — the campus where the shooting happened. It has no emergency room and no hospital. Every X post referring to a "UVU ER" nurse, a "UVU ER" file transfer, or patients arriving at "UVU" means Utah Valley Hospital in Provo. The two are about four miles apart and are unrelated institutions.
Also worth separating, since it recurs in comment threads: Utah Valley Hospital is the one with church origins, not Timpanogos. The LDS Church owned Utah Valley Hospital from 1953 until 1975, when it divested its fifteen hospitals and the nonprofit that became Intermountain Health was created to operate them; Intermountain has been an independent secular nonprofit since. Timpanogos opened in 1998 under for-profit ownership and has no church history. Neither fact is evidence of anything on its own — they are here so the institutions are not mixed up.
That the two hospitals sit in different corporate systems is relevant to verification: a transfer between them is an inter-system event that would generate contracts, interface messages, and intake records on both sides, rather than a silent move inside one network.
Two Hospitals — Do Not Collapse the Stories
Utah Valley Hospital appears in several different citizen threads. Keep them separate:
| Thread | Rough time | Claim type |
|---|---|---|
| Owens ER transfer | Morning, before shot | Timpanogos ER patients → UVH |
| Hospital choice | After shot | Why Kirk went to Level IV Timpanogos instead of closer Level II UVH — see Hospital Choice & Transport |
| Bomb-scare tip | Around event time | Unverified claim UVH had a bomb scare / NDAs (@TheLFLounge; Project Constitution skeptical of dispatch audio) |
| Elizabeth Lane lockdown | After shot | Reporter describes heavy police / no visitors at UVH while Kirk was at Timpanogos (@imelizabethlane) |
A lockdown after the shooting does not prove a patient dump before the shooting. The Owens transfer claim stands or falls on morning transfer logs, not on afternoon crowd control.
Ordinary Explanations
Inter-facility ER diversion is common when:
- A smaller hospital is over capacity or short-staffed
- A sister or regional facility has open beds
- A drill or facilities failure forces a temporary diversion
- Planners anticipate surge from a large public event nearby
None of those require advance knowledge of a crime. Same-region transfers with files are ordinary paperwork, not proof of conspiracy — if they occurred for ordinary reasons.
Verification Status
- Primary source: anonymous tip via Candace Owens ("I am told")
- No public Timpanogos diversion notice, UVH intake batch for that morning, or hospital statement confirming a pre-shooting mass transfer has been produced here
- Skeptical posts argued mass shuttle diversion without a declared mass-casualty event is operationally implausible; that is opinion, not a released audit
Records That Would Settle It
- Timpanogos diversion / transfer authorization for September 10, 2025
- Utah Valley Hospital / Intermountain intake list for ER patients received that morning
- Reason codes (drill, capacity, facilities, diversion status)
- Patient de-identified counts (how many, which acuity levels)
Buses / shuttles are the physical mechanism claimed for the same transfer. Charlie Kirk's chart at UVH is a separate community claim layered on top of the group transfer.
