Surgeon Warned Before Surgery (Claim)

Livestream clip in which Billie Webb relays a coworker's account about a Timpanogos surgeon. Video by @billiewebbb, quoted by @LionelMedia on X, August 4, 2026.

The Claim

In a livestream clip posted by @billiewebbb on July 31, 2026 — described by her as "a clip from a livestream that @brandisiciliani and I did on December 11th" (2025) — Webb relays a secondhand story from a coworker. According to the account, the coworker lives next door to a surgeon who works at Timpanogos Regional Hospital — explicitly not Charlie Kirk's surgeon — who reportedly had a surgery scheduled for September 10, 2025, the day of the shooting. Per the story, he received a phone call telling him: "if you come into the hospital today to do this surgery, you're not leaving for a long time."

The clip was quoted on August 4, 2026 by @LionelMedia, who wrote: "I applaud the open and critical examination of every aspect of what amounts to the murder investigation of a lifetime. This is where journalism is. Not where it's heading. But where it is. Brava!"

Why the Timing Matters

The speakers themselves stress that everything turns on what time the call was made. Charlie Kirk was shot at approximately 12:23 PM. As discussed in the clip:

  • If the surgeon's surgery was scheduled for the morning (8–9 AM) and the warning call came before it — say 7 AM — the call would predate the shooting and would suggest foreknowledge that the hospital was about to be locked down.
  • If the surgery was scheduled for the afternoon (e.g., 2 PM), the call could have come after the shooting, in which case it would be an ordinary heads-up about a hospital already handling a high-profile emergency.

Webb's guest also raises the counter-question the story does not answer: even with a VIP patient in the building, why would an unrelated surgeon be "trapped" there at all? One speculation offered in the clip is that staff on site may have been held for questioning or kept from seeing something. The clip ends with the practical suggestion: "You should try to find out what time they called."

From the livestream clip by Billie Webb and Brandi Siciliani (recorded December 11, 2025; posted July 31, 2026):

Okay, the thing with my coworker, my colleague, is like, actually, I live next door to a surgeon who works and it's not Charlie Kirk's surgeon. It's a different guy who works at Timpano's hospital. She lives next door to him. He had told her. Yeah, so I had a surgery scheduled for September 10th. He received a call that said, if you come into the hospital today to do this surgery, you're not leaving for a long time. So it was already, like, you're saying it was clearly premeditated. It was, like they knew prior to Charlie getting shot. I'm not sure. That's a great question. I don't have clarification on that. This is just a story that I was told yesterday and I was like, whoa, that's crazy. But I'm just saying if you think about it, if they told your coworker's neighbor, if you come in today, you're going to be here for hours, had to have been before Charlie was shot, right? Because Charlie was shot at 12:23 PM. It just depends on what time his surgery was scheduled for. If he had a surgery scheduled for 2 p.m. that day, Charlie would have already been shot. They could have called him at one PM and been like, hey, don't come in or you're going to be trapped here. But my question is, why would he have been trapped there? Yeah. Like why? Okay, yeah, there's like a very important person being worked on at this hospital. Why does that mean he, this other surgeon can't come in and work on his patient? Yeah, it's like, because maybe they didn't want anyone in the hospital to see anything. Like maybe they had to go through and question them. Yes, that's why it's so weird. If the surgery was scheduled for 8 or 9 AM that day, and they called him at 7 AM and said, don't come in, that is why. You should try to find out what time they called.

Caveats

This is a thirdhand, anonymous account: a livestream speaker relaying what a coworker said her surgeon neighbor told her. The surgeon is unnamed, the time of the call is unknown, and no call log, surgery schedule, or hospital record has been produced. The speakers themselves flag the ambiguity and disagree in real time about what the story proves. Timpanogos Regional Hospital and its staff are not accused of anything; ordinary explanations — a post-shooting lockdown call, a rescheduled elective surgery — have not been ruled out. This page records the claim alongside the other unverified hospital-routing claims: ER Cleared Before Shooting, Patients Moved to Another Wing, and Patients to Another Hospital.
