Timpanogos ER Reportedly Cleared Before the Shooting (Claims)
:::caution Legal Disclaimer This page documents an anonymous, uncorroborated claim. Nothing here is a claim of fact that any hospital, administrator, medical professional, federal official, or other living person withheld care, falsified records, knew of any crime in advance, or acted illegally, immorally, or unethically. Timpanogos Regional Hospital, Intermountain Health, their staff, and FBI Director Kash Patel are not accused of anything and are presumed innocent. The account below is unverified, comes from an unnamed source, and may simply be mistaken. :::

The Post
On July 30, 2026, the X account @danksterintel (Danks) posted a clip of Candace Owens with the caption:
Candace Owens INSIDE INFORMATION regarding Timpanogos Hospital.
Allegedly, at roughly 10am local time, staff were moved to a different wing of the hospital while around that time patients were said to be relocated to a new hospital.
This is concerning
The post is a repost of a podcast segment. It adds no independent verification of its own.
What Candace Owens Says in the Clip
Speaking on her program, Owens prefaces the account with "I am told" — she is relaying information from a source who contacted the show, not reporting a document she holds. Her statement, transcribed from the video:
"I am told that at some point in the 10 o'clock AM hour, on September 10th, so to be clear, and this is crucial, over 2 hours before Charlie was shot. The [Timpanogos] hospital staff directed everyone who was in the emergency room into a different wing of the hospital. People were not sure what was going on. The staff was directed to move everyone in the emergency room to a different wing of the hospital.
Then after some time at approximately 11:30 AM, patients were informed that they would be transferred aboard shuttles to Intermountain hospital. That's Utah Valley Hospital. And that's what happened. All of the emergency room patients and all of their files were then transferred to Intermountain. So there's effectively no trail outside of hospital cameras, which have been conveniently seized by [Kash] Patel's office of these patients ever having been at Timpanogos hospital.
Now, there are a few things I'd like to say here. First, there's always a trail. There's always a trail. Somebody somewhere drove that shuttle bus, booked the shuttle bus, saw the shuttle bus arriving at Intermountain hospital, was working at Intermountain hospital, when a shuttle bus stopped and people emerged and files mysteriously, then were transferred. And if you are that somebody. That one body. Please email us."
Owens closes with an appeal for anyone involved in the transport — a driver, a booker, an Intermountain staff member — to contact her program. She is arguing that an operation of this size cannot be trace-free, not that she has already found the trace.
(Bracketed corrections above fix speech-to-text artifacts in the automated transcript, which rendered "Timpanogos" as "Tippenogos" and "Kash Patel" as "Cash Patel." The full raw transcript is retained in the investigation's private files.)
The Longer Cut — What Comes Before and After
2 minutes 32 seconds — the longer cut of the same Candace Owens segment, including the setup before the tip and her appeal afterward. Video originally posted by @ArtifexMemor, amplified by @MarioNawfal on X, July 31, 2026.
On July 31, 2026, @MarioNawfal carried a longer cut of the same segment — 2 minutes 32 seconds against the roughly 100-second clip above. The central tip is word-for-word identical. What the longer cut adds is the framing on either side of it, transcribed here from the video:
Before the tip, Owens is asking where the hospital witnesses are: "Where are the witnesses to the events that took place that day? At Timpanogos Hospital? Where are they?" The tip is offered as a partial answer to that question — the witnesses, on this account, were moved out of the building.
After the tip, she lays out how she believes it could be checked, and states plainly what she thinks it would mean:
"There's always a trail. Somebody somewhere drove that shuttle bus, booked the shuttle bus, saw the shuttle bus arriving at Intermountain hospital... And if you are that somebody, that one body, please email us. By the way, I just want to mention, if you were one of those patients, you probably should also contact a lawyer... There's also some techie people, maybe the Google satellite imagery. Somebody's going to look up shuttle companies. Was there a weird trip that day? Let's get on that. More tips at CandaceOwens.com, because if we are able to prove that this took place beyond a shadow of a doubt with paperwork, then I would say foreknowledge of Charlie's assassination can no longer be disputed."
Note the conditional. Owens is not asserting that foreknowledge has been established — she is saying what she believes would follow if paperwork were produced. No such paperwork has been produced, and this page does not treat foreknowledge as demonstrated.
The longer cut also contains a garbled doctor's name in the automated transcript. It is a speech-to-text artifact, it does not resolve to any identified person, and it is deliberately not reproduced as a name here.
Timeline as Asserted
| Time (local, Sept 10, 2025) | Asserted event | Focused page |
|---|---|---|
| ~10:00–10:59 AM | ER patients reportedly moved to a different wing of Timpanogos Regional Hospital | Patients Moved to Another Wing |
| ~11:30 AM | Patients reportedly told they would be shuttled to Intermountain / Utah Valley Hospital | Patients to Another Hospital · Buses |
| ~11:30 AM | Patient files (and, in community claims, a Charlie Kirk chart) move with the transfer | Patient Medical Records · CK Records Before Shot |
| ~12:24 PM | Charlie Kirk is shot at Utah Valley University | Death Timeline |
| ~12:50 PM | Approximate arrival at Timpanogos (investigative estimate) | Charlie Trip to Hospital |
The gap is the entire point of the claim: if accurate, the clearing began more than two hours before the shooting, which would place it before any event a hospital could have been reacting to.
The two hospitals, named
Two different buildings carry this whole story, and X posts routinely blur them:
- Timpanogos Regional Hospital — Orem. MountainStar Healthcare, a division of HCA Healthcare. Level IV trauma center. The ER allegedly cleared that morning, and the hospital Charlie Kirk was actually taken to after 12:24 PM.
- Utah Valley Hospital (UVH) — 1034 N 500 W, Provo. Intermountain Health. Level II trauma center. The destination the shuttles and files allegedly went to.
"UVU ER" does not exist. UVU is Utah Valley University, the campus where the shooting happened; it has no emergency room. Posts using that phrase mean Utah Valley Hospital. Separately — because the two get swapped in comments — the church-founded institution is the destination, not Timpanogos: the LDS Church owned Utah Valley Hospital from 1953 until 1975, when it divested its fifteen hospitals to the new nonprofit that became Intermountain Health. Timpanogos opened in 1998 under for-profit ownership.
Split pages for each element
The full Owens tip is one narrative; readers who need one piece without the rest should use:
- Patients Moved to Another Wing — intra-hospital 10am step
- Patients Moved to Another Hospital — Intermountain / Utah Valley destination
- Buses to Move Patients — shuttle / bus mechanism and vendor trail
- Patient Medical Records Transferred — group charts with the transfer
- Charlie Kirk Medical Records Before Shooting — named CK chart at UVH before 12:24 (community amplification)
Why This Is Not Established
Every load-bearing element of the account is unverified:
- The source is anonymous. Owens says "I am told." No name, role, or department is given, and no way to assess whether the person was positioned to know what they describe.
- Nothing was produced. No hospital log, diversion notice, patient transfer record, shuttle contract, internal email, or staff statement accompanies the claim.
- It is secondhand at minimum. The account passes from an unnamed person, to a podcast, to a repost. Details such as exact times are the most fragile part of any recollection told months after the fact.
- No agency, hospital, or named witness has corroborated it. As of this writing there is no public record confirming that an ER relocation or patient shuttle occurred at Timpanogos on September 10, 2025.
Ordinary Explanations the Clip Does Not Address
Hospitals move patients for routine reasons, and none of them are discussed in the segment:
- Scheduled drills and exercises. Emergency preparedness drills, including full ER relocations, are a normal accreditation requirement.
- Facility problems. HVAC failures, water or power issues, contamination, a fire-alarm event, or construction work can force a wing to be vacated on short notice.
- Census and staffing. Diverting patients to a larger sister facility when a smaller hospital is short-staffed or over capacity is an ordinary operational decision.
- Advance posture for a large public event. A hospital anticipating surge demand from a large nearby gathering may reposition capacity in advance — which would explain timing that precedes the event rather than following it.
- Same-system transfer is routine. Timpanogos and Utah Valley Hospital sit inside the same regional health-care landscape. Transferring patients along with their files between facilities is a standard, documented act, not by itself evidence of anything.
The clip also does not establish that anyone at the hospital had knowledge of any planned crime, and this page makes no such claim.
The Camera Element
Owens links the alleged patient transfer to a separate reported thread — that hospital security footage was seized by the office of FBI Director Kash Patel. That claim is documented on its own page and carries its own caveats; see Cameras Removed / FBI. Treating the two as one story is an interpretation offered in the clip, not a demonstrated connection.
Records That Would Settle It
This is a claim that documents can resolve quickly, which is why it belongs on a forced-disclosure list rather than in open speculation:
- Timpanogos ER census and diversion logs for September 10, 2025.
- The internal incident, drill, or facility notification that authorized any relocation.
- The shuttle or transport contract, dispatch record, and driver manifest.
- Intermountain / Utah Valley Hospital intake records for any patients received that morning.
- Staff scheduling records showing which wing personnel were assigned to that day.
Any one of these would either substantiate the account or dispose of it. See Fix — forced disclosure laws for the legal mechanism this site proposes.

Interesting
- A rooftop shot should angle down, yet the reported entry was nearly straight on.
- Kirk's usual security vendor was swapped for a last-minute firm with no bodycams.
- X posters allege event camera SD cards moved before any evidence seal.
