37. Blake Neff's hospital and aftermath role

This site makes no claim that TPUSA, Erika Kirk, or any staff member knew of or had any role in the killing. Timing differences in the worst minutes of people's lives are ordinary. Tyler Robinson is claimed to be the shooter; he is charged, not convicted, has not entered a guilty plea, and is presumed innocent.
The issue in plain words
Blake Neff is a producer of The Charlie Kirk Show and a TPUSA team member. He was at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025, when Charlie Kirk was assassinated, and he has since given public accounts of the minutes after the shot. Because he was there, and because he speaks publicly, his account is one of the pieces people use to rebuild the first ten minutes.
Two kinds of questions have been raised. The first is about timing: where he was in the first minute, and when he reached Timpanogos Regional Hospital, where Charlie was taken. The second is about his later public stance toward independent investigators, including Candace Owens.
Neither question is an accusation. They are requests for a clearer record. This site makes no claim that he did anything wrong or had any foreknowledge.

The fed slop side, in full
The official side says Blake Neff was a colleague and friend who lived through a horror. People in shock do not keep perfect clocks. A mismatch between a later interview and a single video frame is what trauma looks like, not a plot. "Witnessed" in ordinary speech can mean he was nearby, he heard about the calls as they happened, or he was in the same scramble. It does not have to mean he stood at Mikey McCoy's elbow while the numbers were dialed.
On this view he and others have spoken publicly to defend Charlie's family and Erika Kirk from what they see as false and cruel accusations. Turning his grief, his hospital waiting-room memory, and his later posts into a timeline puzzle is, they say, harassment of the people who were closest to Charlie that day. Official-narrative accounts treat questions about staff movements as an attack on the widow and the organization, not as ordinary reconstruction.
What citizen investigators say
The best-documented question is about one frame. Neff has publicly said he witnessed McCoy's calls to Erika Kirk and then to Rob McCoy. A second-by-second reconstruction starting at the shot at about 12:23:30 PM has the SUV loaded at about 12:24:01. At about 12:24:02–12:24:03, McCoy is seen well past the SUV, and Neff is not in the frame. The site's write-up of that still is McCoy Alone in Frame, Neff Nowhere. Investigators ask how, precisely, he witnessed both calls. In late October 2025, Neff and Andrew Kolvet publicly described McCoy reacting in shock and moving to call Erika and then Rob McCoy. A later reconstruction in the same file places a three-way call closer to 12:26. Those clocks have never been reconciled in public.
On October 10, 2025, one month later to the minute, he wrote that he learned Charlie was dead from McCoy in a Utah hospital ER waiting room. Investigators treat that as a useful pin: he was at Timpanogos, and McCoy was the person who told him. They still ask when he arrived, how he got there, and whether he rode in the SUV or followed. The SUV is estimated to have reached the hospital between about 12:29 and 12:35 PM. No public visitor log, security still, or sworn timeline gives his arrival.
Candace Owens spent 2026 asking the same clocks out loud. On August 5, 2026 she listed "my question for Blake Neff regarding his ride to the hospital." On September 8, 2026 she said he had shared a "very bizarre detail" about a conversation at Timpanogos on the 10th. Investigators say those are fair questions about a public account. They are not a finding.
On his later posture, he has taken part in livestreams and threads addressing what TPUSA described as false accusations, and he has publicly answered Owens' investigation in harsh terms, including in the days around the September 1, 2026 bind-over. Investigators say public criticism of their work is his right, and that it is also a reason to put his own 12:23 to 12:40 PM movements on the record. The TPUSA staff timeline is where those minutes belong.
Circulating commentary also repeats a "wargames specialist" background and a Fort Huachuca "Captain Neff" rumor. The people page already flags the identity caution: multiple people share the name, and this site does not adopt those identifications. They are not this issue.

- 10 September 2025, 12:23–12:40 PM. The courtyard, the SUV, the first calls. The raw minutes.
- Late October 2025. Neff and Kolvet give the public account of McCoy's calls. The 12:24:02 frame is compared against that account.
- 10 October 2025. His one-month post placing himself in the Timpanogos ER waiting room with McCoy.
- August–September 2026. Owens asks about the hospital ride and a Timpanogos conversation. He answers her investigation in public, especially around the bind-over.
Why it matters for Tyler Robinson
The first minutes after the shot are when the evidence about what happened at the tent was freshest. A clear, documented account from the people standing there helps every side, including a defendant who is presumed innocent and who has entered no guilty plea. Unresolved gaps in those minutes leave room for doubt about the official account of a rooftop .30-06, which investigators already conclude was not the mechanism. The hospital choice and the SUV interior are part of the same clock.
What would settle it
- Phone records and call logs for the calls he says he witnessed, with carrier times.
- Full native video of the courtyard and SUV area for the first two minutes, from more than one angle.
- Timpanogos Regional Hospital visitor or security records, and his own stated arrival time and mode of travel.
- A sworn statement from him on his position and movements from 12:23 to 12:40 PM, including what he meant by "witnessed."
- Clock offset between livestream overlay, campus cameras, and carrier timestamps.
